I had placed an order through swiggy, the restaurant is 5 mins away from my residence. But since i was sick i choose to order online. I waited almost 30 mins, but when the delivery guy was in the restaurant to collect the order they refused to give the order stating that they haven’t received any order. The poor delivery guy was unable to understand what was the concern, so he called me and requested the staffs to speak to me and explain the situation. The staff there very rudely spoke to the delivery guy and refused to speak on call and explain the situation. Both me and the delivery guy were completely clueless about the issue. He requested them again to explain the customer directly but they again blatantly refused. So pathetic of them. Very shameful behaviour from their end. Finally after wasting so much time I called the customer care. Then they explained that due to some technical glitch the restaurant didn’t receive the order even though my money was deducted. Technical glitch is understandable, but what is bad is that pathetic behaviour of the restaurant staffs. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience. The staff here showed extremely poor behavior and absolutely no sense of customer service. They don’t even bother to listen to the problems customers face.
When I raised a concern about how the takeaway order was packed (with drinks likely to spill and food not handled properly), their response was simply: “It’s your responsibility. We have delivered it, now you take care of it.”
On top of that, the way they talk to customers is very rude and unprofessional. One of the employees even said “Bahut dekhe hain tumhare jaise complain karne wale, jao complaint kar do” — which clearly shows they have no fear of losing their job and no respect for customers.
It’s shocking that such behavior is tolerated in a reputed brand like KFC. The management seriously needs to look into this and train their staff to treat customers with respect and provide proper service
