We recently celebrated a birthday party at PLaY Arena Sarjapur, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and full of energy — exactly what you’d hope for when hosting a group of excited kids.

Welcome & Check-In Experience : The staff greeted us with warm smiles and a well-organized check-in process. Everything was ready and waiting, which made the transition from arrival to playtime super smooth. Special shoutout to Netra from Sales Team and Amiya, our host for the day, who was absolutely phenomenal. Netra helped us with our booking and Initial arrangement and Amiya guided us through each activity with patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine sense of care that made the kids feel like VIPs.

Game Sequencing & Activities : The lineup of games was perfectly curated to keep the excitement flowing. We kicked things off with bowling, which was a hit. The lanes were clean, well-maintained, and kid-friendly. Next up was the Laser Tag arena, where the kids dove into action-packed fun with glowing vests and futuristic vibes. The Car Simulator was a surprise favorite, offering a thrilling ride experience that had everyone lining up for another go. The transitions between games were smooth, with no waiting around or confusion.

Cleanliness & Facilities : The entire venue was impressively clean and well-kept. From the gaming zones to the restrooms, everything was spotless. The layout was spacious and safe, allowing kids to roam freely without any worries. Seating areas for parents were comfortable and conveniently located near the action.

Food & Refreshments : The food was a total win — fresh, flavorful, and kid-approved! From pizzas to finger foods and refreshing drinks, everything was served promptly and with great presentation. The birthday cake setup was beautiful and well-coordinated, adding a perfect touch to the celebration.

Booked a full access pass for just 2500 and played for 6 hours continuously. It was so much fun! They have a wide variety of games and offers to choose from. I started with (idk what it's called but basically being a mowgli) a game where you jump from one plank, tyre etc to another with slightly increasing levels of challenge (Heavy people need to be careful as it needs some level of flexibility). The games I loved looovved were Hypergrid, Laser tag, archery, rifle shooting. Deffo going back for these again. Go karting was scary but fun once I got the gist of it. Then I went for VR. It was my first VR experience. Although a little confusing at first (in the VR escape room), it was good. Bowling was fun, too. If you're not wearing socks, you can buy them here. Air hockey was short-lived crazy. I didn't understand what was happening in the bumper ride; I was just turning around endlessly and laughed as if I'd inhaled nitrous oxide lol. Throwing darts was mostly a probability game. I couldn't even pierce the board mostly and my opponent won all the points lol. Then there were carnival games where you can win soft/stuffed toys. There were other games like the trampoline, wall climbing etc. Something we really wanted to play but missed out on were laser maze and off-road driving because unfortunately, it was closing time. I would have probably lost my voice had I tried Rocket ejector. Overall, we had a blast! Mainly because it was safe and all security measures were explained in detail before starting any game. It was so refreshing and almost crazy we talked about it for a week. Highly recommended, especially in groups. (If you don't have a group, you can form one here!). Also, very important! 1. i had booked venue for birthday for my son for Feb 16th .your sales executive Nethra showed Restuarant with view facing Football practice ground the same venue was finalised and lster sent quote for indoor restuarant which we did not notice , we had even met her couple of times before , even then she did not mention abt indoor restuaranmt being booked for us instead of what was finalised. on the day of the event when we brought this to notice to Manager he waived off the rent charges for the restuarant . Sales executive should be transparent abt the leads they close

Same day night we had cleared the pending bills it was around 10:30PM ur executive had said 200 Rs which 4 pair of socks picked up kids to play in soft zone would be , next day i realised that food charges were charged for 2 Kids extra i , we had to refunded Rs.2600 which we went and discussed with Billing deparment , Your billing executive insisted to take coupon of same value and use to play area , which i did not agree for asked for refund of money .Ur executive started behaving very rude and started saying he will charges 200 Rs for sock which he had waived of and will refund renmaining and which we agreed. next day received Rs.1950 Via phoepay remaining ant is still pending . it has been close 15 days there is no revert from ur billing team .While i agree 250 balance is small amt but when u guys insisit to charge 200 for socks , you team shoule be responsible enough refund even single rupee.
