Coupons have been a big tradition in this family of ours. We have one kid named Jonn, one named Mildred and the rest we left at Home Depot as a punishment. The pancakes are my favorite. Make sure to ask for ketchup because for some reason they don't just give it to you with your pancake order. However ketchup on my pancakes gives me some pretty nasty gas. I timed one of my farts once after eating the pancakes with ketchup and it came out at 17.89 seconds. But it did smell good. Like I was saying with coupons you can get pancakes for nothing less than full price! Saved me a fortune! (So did leaving the kids at Home Depot.)Picked up an order through the drive through. I got home and found out I had received a meat burger instead of a vegetarian burger. When I rang up to see if they will deliver me a new one, they said I would have to pay the full amount of what I paid and pay for the delivery via the Uber eats app, or come back into the store to exchange. Therefore an easy meal has turned into two trips to McDonald's wasting petrol. They then went on telling me they don’t sell spicy bean burgers which I had one over the last month in the same place. Fair enough if they explained to us when we originally was about to order they don’t sell them anymore however they didn’t and gave me a meat burger. I won’t be attending this McDonald's again. Get your orders right and make sure the food is hot, due to purpose of hygiene and the purpose of they want...

Writing a review about mcd, it's almost good everywhere. However, it was a different experience here. We ordered a combo offer whrein one veg Mexican burger and one coke was worth INR 85. The lady at the counter told us that the bun was not available so this offer cannot be availed. However, we can take the same combination separately on INR 118. Now this is something very weird that if bun itself is not available, how come the same can be offered separately. Then we thought maybe size of the bun differs so we thought ok we'll order whatever is there. The lady was busy by this time so this other guy billed us.He had another story that you can get this burger and cold drink only in a combo where we have to necessarily take fries also. And the cost would now be 138.I said how come you and that lady are telling different stories. Then the two staff members started fighting and we were just standing there now thinking should we just leave this place and eat somewhere else. Finally they arrived at the conclusion that the combo can be ordered at 118 and we finally ordered. Will never ever go to this...

A worse experience ever. I had ordered from this McD store online and checked COD and the total was 802 rupees. I received the order and even asked the delivery boy when he had called me before arriving that whether he has got the Card swiping machine, he said yes. Later when i just went to receive the delivery he told the he didn't get the swiping machine. Later when i paid him cash with 2000 rupee note as he wasn't ready to accept 500&1000 note. But delivery boy told he dont have change for 2000 note, I told him to cancel the order or accept 500 or 1000 notes or get the swiping machine. He told that he has clicked the order has "delivered to the customer". So he is not ready to do any of my option. It became so mess that i later asked some people for change and later paid him. This almost took 50mins after his arrival. Later i took the order it was all frozen and no ketchups no tissues. So better I suggest all of you not to go for this Kempfort Total Mall for Online order.
