An energizing experience of healthy food and with pleasant ambiance, we were surprised to see that healthy food can also be delicious! Though we were little sceptical on the taste as it said "Only healthy food" but they proved us amazingly wrong!
We started with few healthy drinks such as The Antioxidant (green tea, vanilla and green tea), Kombucha (fermented tea with fresh fruit and herbs) Charcoal lemonade was absolutely fantastic and something new which we tried. 'GoRed' was combination of fruit and veggies; last but not the least there was 'Mango Mojito'.
In appetizers we had Momo platter and Ragi Papdi Chat. Momo platter had two variants- Pan fried and steamed, momos made with beets, carrots, Ragi and other flours. The filling were different for every type of Momo and each had a distinct taste, flavor and texture. It was served with chili sauce, soya sauce and mint chutney along with homemade salad.
Ragi papdi Chat was one of our favorites from this place. The papdi was made of Ragi. Can someone imagine chat being healthy, well this changed the definition of chat.If you all are conscious about your health and are avoiding chats, then you got to visit this place.
We saw many unique items here like, Thai DIY paan where in we prepare our own healthy paan using iceberg lettuce and other ingredients. The watermelon delight salad was dressed with a vegan cheese sauce, pumpkin seeds, spinach and dates.
For main course there was Creamy Spinach mushroom pizza and Schezwan pizza. Both were filled with cheese and crisply baked. The spinach mushroom was cheesy and just melted in mouth.
Grilled Zucchini sandwich was made with home baked pita and where grilled zucchini was stuffed in between the breads. The Thupka twist was again a Ragi based dish where Ragi noodles were used instead of regular all purpose flour noodles.
Another innovative recipe we found was Zoodles which gets it's unique name from noodles wholly made from zucchini. Though it was healthy bowl and looked delightful we somewhat didn't enjoy the taste much.
The Mango toasties was another scrumptious and enjoyable dish that we want to mention. Mango mixed with pesto and feta cheese topped on crisp toasts was one hell of a combination. Though toasts were little hard, there was no compromise on taste.
And lastly the desserts which were totally guilt free and satisfied our cravings for sweet tooth. The fruit pan cake, orange zest cake and choco chia pudding was absolutely sugar free! Yes, even were surprised to hear that none it had sugar yet it was sweet and scrumptious.
Overall it is a happy place to have healthy conversations over healthy food. Also to detox and energize the mind with the various activities held there. Well not to forget yes, everything comes with a cost and has a price tag on it.
Cheers!!...

Read moreThere has been a sudden boom of healthy cafes restaurants in Bangalore, that are helping whip up some delicious guilt free food. "Enerjuvate" is not just another one those, they take their food pretty seriously and pay attention to details. What stood out for me was the overall experience. The food was a blend of unique flavours, it was super refreshing, light on my tummy, ambience gave a nice settling feeling of peaceful bliss and to top it all - they are super pocket friendly!
The ambience extremely homely and the light background bhudda music takes you to a serene world. It feels like you are in a resort than a cafe. They truly promote art and health with their yoga classes and other activities. They even have a therapy room to help everyone rejuvenate themselves.
