Very bad experience: We had dinner there , food quality was average. Service was not satisfactory. They made us to pay the bill while we were having dinner. After dinner one of us were supposed to attend online an important meeting. As soon as he started meeting with his US based hospital they switched off the lights of the restaurant, we requested them to allow him to finish meeting of just 10-15 minutes but they kept interrupting him. As a result he left the meeting midway. They said our restaurant closes at 10:30 pm. But we started dinner at 10:40 pm. At that time they didn't say anything but as soon as we paid the bill they started to switch off the lights. We called the manager, but he also misbehaved with all of us including female ones. Worst Reply by Cashier and supplier at self service point... Jus for 5rs... I ordered Egg Biriyani which costs 120 i paid and even said parcel they did parcel too and later they gave me i asked them need carry becos cant take like that they said it costs 5rs i said i dont have change i have 200 if u have change u can give me they said dont have so i requested them to give carry bag but they refused to give and took back food from me and gave my amt 120 back... Is it the way to treat customers see we pay u wht ever u mention the amnt see we come to ur hotel for tasty but at same time we exexpe little respect... ur hotel guys would have asked me to give next time instead of taking food back..
