My recent visit to Muthashy's Restaurant left much to be desired. It pains me to say that the overall experience was far from satisfactory.

First and foremost, the approach from the staff was quite disheartening. The waiter attending to us seemed disinterested and inattentive, which immediately set a negative tone for our dining experience.

The wait times were exceptionally long. We had to endure hours of waiting just to receive our ordered items. Patience, as they say, is a virtue, but this tested it to its limits.

When the food finally arrived, it did little to redeem the situation. The Kerala-style banana leaf meals, while being decent, were far from exceptional. However, the real disappointment came in the form of the biriyani, which can only be described as the worst I've ever tasted.

To add to the frustration, the staff's attitude remained apathetic. It was disheartening to see that our concerns were met with indifference, both by the server and the cashier.

In conclusion, my visit to Muthashy's Restaurant was marred by poor service, agonizing wait times, and subpar food. It's disappointing when a dining experience fails to meet even the most basic expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the overall quality of service and cuisine.
