Nandhini Deluxe - Andhra restaurant - Frazer Town — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Hello people, I just want to let you all know my experience at Nandini. After a busy day at hospital I visited Nandini for lunch with my family. Did not have experience with staff. I I placed my phone next to the meal n while I was leaving from the hotel my phone was stolen and I asked manager to check the camera. They said there s no CCTV in the hotel. I they management did not take My initiative to find my phone with there staff n I paid bill from the same phone number they claim the hotel staff will not flick n did not try to help me find the phone. No customers were there when I visited the hotel to blame outsiders. I I did loose a complaint in Frazier town station.. I I had all my important documents to submit to office n it Saturday was the last day for me to submit n this bloody people flicked my phone I did not have backup before entering hotel I collected all the documents from collegranny. I I can get all the documents no doubt but it was so important for me to send at that moment. Am writing this please Be extra careful when u all go this type of hotel.. Very poor good n bad staff. I will never recommend...

Good place to have get together or family events. We have booked the place for one of our family event (75 people). Reason to choose this is place is food + staff service .This is our third event in the same place in last three years .There are many plus/minus in this place starting with the good ,they have a good variety of food menu to choose both in VEG as well as in non .You can choose what menu to be served on the day of the event. they do help you out in catering the food, staff service is really good here .The problem we face here is the event hall is in second floor but there is no lift around 60-70 can sit comfortably you can check with management for extra chairs if needed they will surely provide it and food is served in the first floor for the event they have buffet type and people can sit and eat as they have tables attached to that floor.Another issue we faced is A/C issue in some places of the hall there was no air circulation and Ac didnt work we have reported the management regarding this they apologized for that issue and they said it cant fixed now but they arranged some...

Extremely poor service... I have been sitting here for 25 mins without a single person taking my order.. Waiters avoid eye contact with fear of taking orders.. No matter how much you gesture they turn and walk the other way like they're avoiding an ex girlfriend.. I have literally been flailing my arms and no one even bothered to look at me... I finally had to get up and interrupt a waiter walking out of the kitchen to ask for a menu... I could have sat here and ordered from Swiggy and the delivery person would have come here picked up my order and delivered it to me from the billing counter to my table and I would have finished my meal.. That's how pathetic and slow this place is... I'm still waiting here its been another 20 mins since my order...
