I'm rating my overall experience 1 star. We had a booking for 9:30pm and reached way too early, it wasn't crowded and we were seated immediately. Food - 1 stars. Service - 2 stars Atmosphere - 2 stars Let's start with the food itself: Tandoori Khazana Platter - everything was under flavored, under seasoned and absolutely meh to taste. Felt like even salt was lacking. The tandoori babycorn had a very bitter taste. Malai paneer tikka and bharwa aloo were absolutely bland. The regular paneer tikka, hariyali cheese kabab and soya chaap were okayish. Bharwa mushroom was sort of alright. We left some items in the plate and did not feel like finishing them. All this kinda gave very upsetting feeling in the stomach, almost nauseous in a way. Just can't describe it very well with words. Rose Havens Garden mocktail - this was presented well and tasted pretty decent and adequately sweetened. Kala Khatta slushie - this was average, lacked any punch of flavor. But otherwise it was presented well. Paneer Kalmi - below average gravy and taste. Everything was very chunky and grainy in texture (not sure if it's good or bad). I don't actually recall seeing visible whole spices like cinnamon sticks in the gravy anywhere else. Butter naan - they arrived as requested and tasted good. We didn't order any dessert at this stage considering the not so appetising taste so far. Overall in terms of the taste of the food, I stand unimpressed although the ingredients seemingly felt fresh and clean. In general, the place is reasonably well designed, well lit and looked pretty clean. The bin in the wash area was kinda overflowing with tissues, one out of the only two basins was not functioning. I'm not sure why no hot water bowl or any other means to wash our hands was offered. Seemed very unusual and atypical to me. There is a light music being played but it does get pretty noisy around here with kids and families. They seem to have plenty of parking underground as well as around the road including a valet service. They're also offering plenty of chairs for people waiting to be seated, which is good and appreciated. I consider myself a self proclaimed super-taster foodie and run behind hygiene, taste and service of a restaurant in that order respectively. Will not be returning to this place. Please note that this place is halal. May not be suitable for certain groups. Beware of all the paid reviews out there. Majority of them...
Read moreVegetarians' Delight! It's been a long time since I found a place that has such good variety and fusion for vegetarian food. We went for a Friday farewell dinner and were pleasantly surprised by simple dishes that were reinvented as fusion in a delicious way. I thoroughly enjoyed the Soups and Salads, flavours were mild and appetizing enough to get you excited for what's coming up. slightly spicy, Tom yum soup was a good start with some pita Guacamole to go along with it. The Guacamole had mild flavours, the avocado seemed a little over ripe and could use a bit of lemon to get that guac flavour. The Lotus stem appetizer was such a delight with a perfect balance of sweet spicy and tangy and it kept getting better from there. Thoroughly enjoyed Raw papaya carrot and mango salad, it was totally out of this world with crunchy bites of peanut. Loved it!! Got heavily surprised by the awesome flavours of Blueberry Paneer Tikka and Tapri paneer. What stood out was innovation and top notch ingredients quality. The paneer itself was super soft and delicious. We followed it up with Palak Paneer lasagna, again amazing, mild pleasant flavours and took a main course of Paneer pasanda Rolls with some Khameeri roti. The main course Was again really delicious while the roti seemed a little on the sour side. Might taste better with a spicier gravy. While most of the mocktails seemed the kind of icy sugary drinks that I am not personally a big fan of, the blueberry one stood out to be really good. We ended the course with some Salted chocolate dessert which was again amazing. Service was prompt, great, the servers kept smiling and the owners and managers stayed engaged to check if everything was good. They had plenty of Valet parking available as well.
Overall, a treat to the eyes, as all the dishes are presented beautifully, a treat to the vegetarian tongue, considering the variety, Innovation and awesome taste, and a treat to the stomach, as even after eating so much, it didn't feel heavy at all. Must visit for family gatherings and special occasions, especially if you have got bored of the same old vegetarian dishes and food. Highly recommended...

My recent visit to Neemsi basvangudi branch was a truly disappointing experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. This establishment manages to hit all the wrong notes, from exorbitant pricing to truly abysmal food.
Let's start with the cost. The prices here are nothing short of outrageous, especially when you consider the laughably small portion sizes. It felt like I was paying for a full meal and receiving an appetizer. The food itself was a parade of culinary failures. The pulav was a prime example – dry, utterly saltless, and seemingly just a vehicle for what appeared to be an entire can of uncooked, unsalted beans. It tasted like they had run out of all other vegetables in the kitchen and decided to just dump whatever they had left into the rice.
The baby corn chilli was equally uninspired, lacking any discernible flavor. The curd rice, a dish that should be comforting and tangy, was simply sour. As for the cheese naan, it was so bland and devoid of any cheese flavor that I honestly wasn't sure what I was even eating. Every single item we ordered was shockingly bland, a consistent theme of flavorlessness throughout the entire meal.
The only redeeming factor, and the sole reason this review isn't a zero-star indictment, was the staff. They were genuinely good, attentive, and handled our complaints with a refreshing level of honesty and professionalism. When I finally called over the manager to taste the egregious pulav and other dishes, he surprisingly agreed with my assessment of the food's quality (or lack thereof). Their behavior and integrity alone earn this place a single star. If negative stars were an option, the food and the restaurant's overall offering would plunge into the deep negatives. Save your money and your taste buds – dine elsewhere.
Also they provided wet tissues instead of finger bowl which is so useless for the intended...
