Unsatisfactory Stay at OYO Hotel: Deplorable Room Service and Amenities
My recent stay at an OYO hotel left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The room service was shockingly inadequate, and the list of grievances seemed endless. Firstly, despite assurances of modern amenities, there was no WiFi, no hot water, and the TV was non-functional, leaving me stranded without basic comforts.
Adding insult to injury, the room's cleanliness was severely lacking. The bedsheets and bedspread bore clear signs of not being washed, emitting an unpleasant odor that permeated the room. This blatant disregard for hygiene standards was appalling and made me question the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.
However, what truly exacerbated the situation was the staff's atrocious behavior. Instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism and courtesy, they displayed a dismissive attitude and outright rudeness, showing a blatant disregard for guest welfare.

Upon arriving at the property, I was shocked to find that the rooms allotted to us were in a state of unhygienic conditions. It was extremely disheartening to have no other choice but to stay in such an unsanitary environment, especially since we were new to the city and had limited options available to us.
The receptionist, who is meant to be the face of the establishment, was far from welcoming or polite. It was evident that the staff took our presence for granted, and there was no effort made to provide even a basic introduction to the room or the amenities.

Read moreHonest suggestion.. the worst property ever visited.. d staff at d receptation did not accpect the digital id proofs, by the tym we could reach d property it was 10.45 pm.. when all the shops were closed.. the staff insisted us to go and get a colour print out.. when i wanted to talk to the superviour of the property he was not available nor over the phone.. as i had already made the payment online i had very less option of cancellation and then booking another property.. we requested the staff saying its already too late and we would not be able to get a printout and we would provide before check-out but the staff didnt wanna be at help and asked us to leave.. finally after an hour we luckily happen to get the printout and return to d property, where we happen to see the staff was involved in a fight with the other guests just bcoz they asked for a extra pillow.. by the time they could settle down another 30mins had passed.. i really wish there ws a negative rating so that i can actually provide them with what they deserve..
