If you’re a dessert lover like me, you have to check out Polar Bear, especially the JP Nagar outlet. I recently visited with a few friends and had such a wonderful experience that I couldn’t resist writing a review. From mouth-watering sundaes to the comforting ambience, everything about this place hit the sweet spot – quite literally!

Let me start with the star of the evening: the Death by Chocolate Sundae. It was, without exaggeration, heavenly. A rich, chocolatey delight packed with layers of chocolate ice cream, brownies, chocolate sauce, and nuts. Every spoonful was decadent and satisfying – perfect for any chocoholic. The portion size was generous, making it great for sharing, though I admit I was tempted to keep it all to myself!

Next, we tried the Fruit Sundae, which offered a refreshing contrast to the chocolate bomb. It was beautifully presented, filled with fresh fruits, creamy vanilla ice cream, and a drizzle of syrup that tied everything together perfectly. The fruits tasted fresh and juicy, not canned or artificial – something I really appreciated.

The ambience of the place added a lot to the overall experience. It’s cozy yet vibrant, with a clean and modern look. The seating is comfortable, and the lighting is just right for enjoying a relaxed dessert outing, whether you're there with friends, family, or even on a solo treat-yourself mission.

One of the standout aspects was the fast service. Despite the place being moderately busy, our order was taken and served in under ten minutes. That’s a big plus when you’re craving dessert and don’t want to wait too long. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always had a smile – it made us feel genuinely welcome.

I also want to highlight how clean and hygienic the place felt. The tables were spotless, the counters were tidy, and even the wash area was well-maintained. In a dessert joint where things can get sticky and messy, this level of cleanliness is commendable.

The location of the JP Nagar outlet is super convenient. It’s easy to find, with ample parking nearby, and has a number of other cafes and shops around if you're planning to make a day of it. I love how accessible it is – definitely one of the better Polar Bear outlets I’ve been to.

Overall, Polar Bear JP Nagar exceeded my expectations. The sundaes were delicious and satisfying, the environment was pleasant, and the service was both quick and friendly. Whether you’re a dessert fanatic or just someone looking for a casual, tasty treat, this place won’t disappoint.

Located on the main road opposite to Jp nagar 5th phase s Hotel Empire. They have variety of icecream s, sandwiches, cold coffees, family pack ice creams and various other items. Ordered My personal DBC ( Rs.175) - it is the small version of DBC which costs Rs 210. DBC is one of the must try here and worth every penny paid.. But I was here for a take way and was very disappointed as another person too had come before me and ordered DBC and he was about to receive his parcel at that time the person told waiter to heat the chocolate liquid once again, the waiter said it's already been packed. At that time I went and ordered a DBC and the waiter told the other man to wait and gave me my parcel 1st and i was pretty sure the chocolate liquid wouldn't be hot, the waiter had just interchanged the chocolate liquid with mine. I felt very disappointed with this even I have paid the same amount of money and tax and if this happens I would definitely would not like to approach this polar bear once again.
