NEW REVIEW 28/11/2024
Thanksgiving Dinner at NEO was an absolute delight—a truly fabulous experience that brought Christmas vibes early in November.
The elegant decor and the lavish spread were spectacular.
My Highlights of the evening: The Honey Galaxy Ham hit the right spot for me 😇 Turkey with roasted root vegetables and cranberry sauce were yum😋
Muskan’s exceptional grilled prawns- so juicy and fresh, Bravo🙌🏻
Chef Rajender impressed with his exquisite preparation of exotic mushrooms, thoughtfully walking me through the buffet to share the menu for the night ! So kind and thoughtful 🫰🏼
The desserts I have overdosed Peach plum cake Pecan pie Russian honey cake Dark chocolate cake and barks 🤩
Note- The mulled wine had a comforting warmth, however a finer balance of spices with a touch of tartness and sweetness could elevate it further. As someone who enjoys mulled wine, I believe this small refinement could make it exceptional!
Huge thanks to Neha, the ever-gracious manager and sweetest 🫶🏼
last but not least -Rhea for the lovely clicks. for capturing the moments so beautifully. 🌷
To the incredible team behind this amazing dinner—you are absolute champs!💯
Feeling so grateful for an evening filled with warmth and impeccable charm!

Read moreTldr; Visit it even in spite of the high price tag due to being inside the same tech park as office and an adventurous environment for socializing and chilling. Food is more on the bland scale but you can see lots of strange dishes and try them if u are willing.
Long version: The look and feel of the Hilton hotel is great until one starts with the food at this restaurant. Not only were the spread minimal compared to standard barbeque buffets, the taste was more on the bland side for our Indian palette.
Of course we joked about having to make our own salads, chats and even noodles after paying so much. But we also were disappointed by the disorganised way it was all arranged. We didn't know if there was a live barbeque, if they'll serve it or where all the counters were until we were too full to eat more. The staff though we're particular at clearing plates proactively, provided no guidance on what all are included and where all we can visit.
There was also a significant delay in bringing in the live barbeque orders(we were all on desserts by then).
The upside is that I enjoyed the salad due to the profusion of elements to mix, and also rice-curry combo was great. I was sorry to notice the Asian counter at the end though and was doubtful if there was juice/fruit counter no one told us about. The desserts were all meh as I usually just nibble all, except one unnamed chocolate ball with nuts inside. The presence of unnamed dishes, bread stored in dark reaches with fruit flies were all big irritants.
The non veggies were let down even further due to the blandness of the various dishes, left with having to deal with veggie issues.
But to be fair, i must say that if you don't mind a blander, subtler taste and are acquainted with or willing to try European/Asian/Mideast cuisines and also willing to shell out almost 50+% more than a BbQ nation or AB, you can try this out.
I am not counting the spirits, the decor, ambience etc here, which might enhance your...
Read moreFeb 14, 2025- I reside in Bangalore, very close to this hotel, and we choose to visit such prominent establishments, particularly five-star venues, to experience exceptional service and quality- The WOW FACTOR.
Unfortunately, our recent experience did not meet those expectations 😔.
The Neo Kitchen is staffed with numerous employees in their blue suits and jackets, yet the level of focus and attention to customers was lacking. I found myself waiting for a long time and having to repeatedly request basic services, such as water.
The most significant disappointment, however, was the food. The Mushroom Ravioli, as described on the menu, was supposed to consist of three key ingredients: pasta, grilled broccoli, and mushrooms in sauce. However, it arrived with only two—without the broccoli. When I inquired, the staff informed me that the broccoli was spoiled and had worms, so it was omitted. This explanation was disheartening, especially after waiting 30 minutes for the dish. Also felt bad of being served a dish without even the full ingredients.
Furthermore, the Thai Green Curry, which we ordered as a separate dish, contained broccoli. Given the previous excuse about the spoiled broccoli, I couldn't help but wonder if the curry also contained the same subpar ingredients. The entire experience left a sour taste, both literally and figuratively. ,🤮This was because while waiting for the Ravioli we ate the curry n rice believing all is good.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and the decline in quality, service, and overall standards at this establishment. It no longer reflects the high level of excellence one would expect from a...
