Vyanjan — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Authentic MP poha by a restaurant owned by MP entrepreneurs. Found about this place via Google search, contacted the guy to ask weather he serves poha, upon confirmation we went in the morning to have it. Plate costs rs. 30, quantity is ample and 1.25 times of what Bikaner sweets offers. Went from Sony signal to that place just for that poha at 8, had traffic while returning.

Cook comes at 6 heats up the poha prepared and supplied by a common supplier and by 7 the poha is ready. He operates till 12 am. Vyanjan Restaurant is closed all this time and opens at 12, so its just poha till that time. On Sundays they serve additional items too, been there only on weekdays so...

Can say a good veg restaurant,with a good tasty food,the taste was good as the food was not too much spicey or oily,its kind of how we make a good food at our home.I went today as my friend recommended to go have,Well i ordered One Mushroom curry and one Chilly Panner followed by normal Parathas and rotis.I can say it was way better then some costly restaurant in comparison with taste and value(cost).Felt good having lunch there..Well All time Spicey food eaters might not find that great taste but the food is healthy there. And gave 4star because they take a bit of time to serve. Else its good place to have a good food...

Food is good and tasty ....but ambience is not all good..In fact it is worse..Infact it is a flat which is converted into restaurant without any modification....Tables are kept inside room for family where there is no proper lighting and very near to toilet....room was smelling because of wet wall.....Not able to enjoy food because of bad ambience....Owner should realise that Keeping hygiene, good ambience is equally important along with tasty food to attract customers.........They should improve drastically in...
