How to Reach - It's situated in a lane exactly parallel to Rameshwaram Cafe, Rajajinagar.
Seating - limited to just 2 tables which can at best accomodate 6-7 people. This same space doubles as their reception area and a refrigerator is kept there.
Food - We had Hariyali Paneer tikka - 4.5/5 Tasted very good and paneer is fresh and soft, almost melts in the mouth. This was paired with green chutney and combo tasted awesome. The 0.5 in rating is deducted because of the quantity only.
Achari Soya Chaap - 4.5/5 This also was paired with green chutney and tasted awesome. Quantity can be improved given the price and overall aesthetics of the place.
Lassi - Masala Lassi (Salty) and Blueberry Lassi (Sweet) - 4/5
Served chilled, both were awesome, quantity again needs to be improved here given the pricing.
Chole Kulche - 3/5 Chole were not good, just okayish in taste, lacked the taste, although it was fresh. Kulcha is bread one, it was fresh and soft. This was paired with Pyaaz and...
Read moreA small yet cozy restaurant in Rajajinagar, offering limited but flavorful Punjabi dishes, perfect for a quick bite.
Key Highlights • Seating: Small setup with two tables and ample chairs for a quick and casual meal. • Menu: Limited options, but the taste makes up for it. Known for serving malai chaap, one of the few places in the area offering it. • Lassi Varieties: Wide range of lassi flavors, each creamy, rich, and delicious. Additional Notes Ideal for quick bites rather than elaborate dining. Limited parking available, so make sure to plan accordingly.
Final Thoughts This restaurant is a great stop for those craving authentic Punjabi flavors, especially lassi and chaap. While the options are limited, the quality and taste ensure a...
Read moreHeard about this place from my aunt who lives near by & decided to give this place a try.
2 young boys from Bihar run this place and make excellent Tandoori items like Paneer/Pineapple/Mushroom/Broccoli Tikkas and other snacks
Tried the Haryali Paneer Tikka - In my opinion this Paneer Tikka could beat most good restaurants in BLR for its best taste inspite of its origins from a simple/humble small shop.
The green Dahi mint chutney was the perfect companion to the Tikka.
Have heard good things about their Pappdi Chaat/Parathas/Lassi etc - have to give that a try next time!
Need to add that the place is clean and you can see how your food is being made rather than a restaurant setup where everything is behind the scenes.
Would recommend this place to all...
