Such a worst experience,i don't think so to make pizza need 2hr 20min time nd to deliver as well, the person who spoke to me is telling will not accept the order through online after 11pm, but still they accepted nd cooked the pizza nd fails to deliver, wen I called him he said riders is not available will send the pizza thru dunzo ,it wil reach in 10min,, was waiting, waiting,waiting, more than 10min done still order not received,wen I called the outlet person dint pic my calls, called him more than 10times, later received nd disconnected, he didn't convey nothing,, I placed the order at 1.19am ,i supposed to receive at 1.50am, but not,, for me there is no clue,, no option to cancel, no one is responding, my pizza not yet received, i made the payment, at 2.30am I visited direct outlet nd spoke to the person, he is telling me you will get the refund , needs to wait for 3days,, I can't do anything, you go and talk to customer care, u do complaint no issues kar ke,he made me to wait soo long, i demanded 2 things, either refund me or prepare the pizza, he...

Worst service ever. Can't even tell there was a delivery even after waiting for 2 hours. They call after midnight 12 telling they have come.ordered was placed at 10.05pm. Was supposed to be delivered at 10.40 according to the site. We tried calling many times,picked the call for first time. Response was "order is being prepared".this was at 10.45pm. After that call, the number was off until 12. No call from delivery boy even. We even complained calling the landline number. N finally exactly at 11.59pm I received a call asking for the directions!!! Very bad service.. I ordered pizza on 30th October 2016, they told me for 3 hours that they are delivering. but ultimate they did not delivered pizza. At night 11 o'clock they denied to deliver while i ordered at 8 pm.

Second time, I ordered pizza with two garlic bread stick on 5th Nov 2016, but they delivered only one bread stick, while they charged the price of two which i ordered. At time of taking delivery, i was busy, i could not check. But after that I checked. they people are not responsible for their duty. even they did not refund my money or did not paid any compensation. Very bad service.
