New Delicacy — Restaurant in Bengaluru

When it came to billing, the cashier says if I pay directly the bill is Rs 600 and if I wanted to use other platform like Dineout, Zomato or Magicpin, the bill will become Rs1000 ! I have never heard of this absurdity in any other restaurants and I have been paying using either of these platforms since years. Either you use these platforms for visibility and support the payment options or you remove your restaurant from there to restrict customers to avail these options. It sounded like we as customers need to be punished for getting extra discounts. Pathetic experience ! Food is also very very average for it's price, never ever going there. Dont recommend this...

Food is good but the person who is taking order is worst. I paid through dineout and he started harrasing saying they are not subscribed to dineout. I showed them resturant picture on dineout then he said that we have not yet started on dineout. I asked him to call owner he said he's owner..I challenged him saying you are lying as I would see trade licence showing 2-3 owners name with photo. He said they all the owner's died and now he's the onwer. If the owner's are reading my feedback please take action against this guy who is claiming to be fake owner. Used to be one of the best restaurants in kaggadasapura for Chinese and Thai delicacies. It's evident that the management has changed entirely because of which the food quality and taste has changed for the worse.
