Popeyes - Famous Louisiana Chicken — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Burgers that I ordered were good enough however the hype about Cajun fries and onion rings were utter disappointment for me. It was my first time that I tried Popeyes along with my friends and I got nothing but disappointment! The hype about Cajun spices weren't any good. Perhaps I didn't get a good ones! However, chicken classic sandwich and a veg Cajun burger were fine. I may retrospect the incident before stepping into their outlet. Not a good start 🙁

Edit: wait time was awful 😞 resulting cold food. Also the staff at the counter was not attentive enough who served me the food thinking dine-in.. of course all these hiccups affected the food quality. Though i get a strong instinct that the sides weren't freshly made!

Edit 2: I'm happy that the store manager who took time to call me up this morning & hear me properly before offering me an amicable resolution! Hope they wont disappoint...

I definately would not recommend ordering from their(popeyes) app. My food took more than 1 hr to be delivered. Can't reach store hence had to call customer service. Worst service, they cudnt give me a proper solution n said the store will call me. I took store number instead, after sever attempts finally someone picked and disconnected saying wrong number. The delivery person was stuck at the same place for almost 30mins, am sure they must be delivering other orders and because of which my order was delayed. I took store manager number from delivery person only to provide feedback, but the reply that I got from the manager was more frustrating. AM NEVER GOING TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM...

Food: We ordered korean chicken and in that lot of vinegar and some sweet chutney was poured. There was no taste at all.. It was extremely sour that your teeth would hurt. Burgers were dry and bad oil smell was coming.

Service: Kiosk is too confusing. It won't show the regular options mentioned on the board. All costly ones were listed. You really have to dig deep to find out the options for kids (regular size chicken fry) When we asked the person at the counter to take the order directly he said please order from kiosk only. our machine is not working. Pathetic!! there were only 2 tables occupied. still they don't want to work.
