I recently visited Quattro Bistro, and here's my take on the experience:

Cold Brew Pasta: A unique dish that didn't quite hit the mark for me. The pasta could have been served pan-hot to elevate the flavors and texture. Despite this, the dish was still enjoyable. Guacamole : Absolutely amazing! The flavors were fresh, and the guacamole was creamy and delicious.

Quattro Bistro has a cozy and pet-friendly atmosphere, with a beautifully designed interior. The outdoor seating area is perfect for a relaxed meal or casual meetups.

The staff at Quattro Bistro is attentive and friendly. However, some reviews mention instances of slow service, so it's best to visit during off-peak hours.

Quattro Bistro is a great spot for Italian and Mexican cuisine lovers. While the food was mostly excellent, a few tweaks to the menu items could enhance the experience. The ambiance and service are definite highlights.

A Wonderful Dining Experience!

I recently visited this restaurant with my family and a couple of friends for lunch, and we were truly impressed by the overall experience. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. The staff were not only courteous and attentive but also extremely friendly, making us feel right at home.

One of the highlights of our visit was how helpful the staff were in guiding us through the menu. They took the time to understand our preferences and made thoughtful recommendations, which turned out to be spot on. The suggested dishes were packed with flavors and taste.

Every dish we tried was delicious, fresh, and well-balanced. The ambiance of the restaurant also added to the overall charm — comfortable, clean, and perfect for a relaxed meal with family or friends.

They do not follow the recipe. I had a burrito that said red rice, but since they only had white lemon rice, they used that to make the burrito. The same happened to me with their falafel dish. With all that sweet talking, I felt betrayed for the loyalty I showed to the brand by visiting them many times.

Food: They have a great menu. Very unique and highly customizable. For me however, from a taste, proportion, price and quality standpoint, there is still a lot of room for improvement. For the segment they fit in, they are very pricy. Proportions are too small for the price they charge. From a quality perspective, I am not sure if they are sourcing all high-quality ingredients. Taste as well. They need further refinement.

Service: The best part of their current setup is the service. Awesome service it was.
