After so many posts about Vishnu Tatte Idly, I happened to visit today for breakfast. Surprisingly, I wasn't enjoyed it and felt there are lot more eateries serves good Tatte Idly than this place. Well, let me give you more information. The Idly over here is double the thickness compare to other places and by time it comes to us, it will become warm due to keeping the prepared Idlys aside. The Idlys are soft and not so spongy, which is another drawback. They does steaming of Idlys using Plastic sheets, which is not at all recommended. Coming to the Chutney, it's a Dry Red Chilli with Channa Dal based one with mild Spice level. I felt Chutney is overpowered with Tamarind.
