Raidan Restaurant - Mosque Road — Restaurant in Bengaluru

On Monday I went to raidan restaurant with my family. This raidan restaurant was recommended by my one friend. I went to this restaurant and ordered one pepper mandi family pack and it tasted very good before the pepper family pack the waiter gave the mutton bone soup which taste nice. This restaurant is where you can get authentic taste of arabic mandi and vibe of this restaurant wad so nice. After pepper mandi we order kunafa, coconut pudding,Basboosa which taste so nice and we ate shawarma also and shawarma in this restaurant was so good I ate shawarma in many places but the shawarma over here was good and I say that if any one want to eat shawarma I recommend you to come in this restaurant and eat. Atmosphere of this restaurant was like totally arabic you will love the atmosphere in raidan restaurant and the service also was good waiter was friendly and we also ordered butter kulcha and butter Naan with butter chicken and special chicken gravy of this raidan restaurant which tasted amazing. Ordered Mutton Mandi and Chilli Chicken along with a drink.

The mutton mandi was good. It was well cooked and very soft. The meat would easily come out of the bones. The crispy chicken was good too.

I would've given it a 5-star as I enjoy sitting on the floor and eating from one plate but the mint chutney and tomato chutney that is provided with the mandi had already gone bad. We did not bring this up to the staff as we didn't want it anyway but that's something you need to look out for.

It was crowded and loud so getting the attention of staff with the curtains open was difficult. If the management could install some kind of light or bell outside each private dining area to alert their staff, that would be great.

I'm still satisfied because of the food. I hope they can solve the other issues so others don't face the same...

Me and my friend went recently, first of all the location of the restaurant is very bad the area was conjusted. Then after entering the waiter there was constantly on his phone and didn’t even pay attention to us. At the time of ordering also the waiter had no manners but was on his phone as if the customers aren’t important i don’t know if it was because we both were ladies if behaved that way. Second, we had ordered a mutton soup which was served in a horrible way and the presentation was ewww and the taste was also bad. By that time we had already lost our appetites because of the hospitality and the other food ( Mutton Madguth) that came later we really don’t know how it tasted. There are many good places to enjoy your appetite other than this. The environment is also errie and dark where the staffs were engaged...
