Savoury Family Restaurant located in Mosque Road, Frazer Town is a popular dining destination for those who love Arabian cuisine, with some Indian, Tandoor, and Chinese options as well. Visited this restaurant recently and I must say, I had a mixed experience. Firstly, the restaurant's ambience is quite inviting, with a decent seating arrangement and warm lighting. The menu is quite extensive, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I was particularly impressed with the chicken Lajawab, humus, Shawarma, kebab platter, grilled chicken, and mutton raan biriyani, which are some of the must-try dishes at the restaurant. However, while the food was great on some days, on other days it was just average. There seemed to be some inconsistency in the quality of the food, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, the prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are quite generous. One area that needs improvement is the staff's customer service skills. While they were friendly, they seemed to lack training in handling customers. There were times when they took a long time to serve the food, and there were other times when they forgot some of our orders.

Overall, Savoury Family Restaurant is a decent option for those who want to try out Arabian cuisine. While the food can be a hit or miss, it's still worth a try, especially if you're in the mood for something different. They do not care about customer. We went to have dinner their 1st time. ordered food for us and kids clearly mentioned not to add chilli in any of our dishes. They confirm all the dishes you ordered does not have much chilli we still gave instructions not to add any chilli. The food which we recieved had very less quantity and one dish had too much of chilli even we cannot eat that. When we complaint they took the dish from our table and told they will replace the dish with other panner dish. They return the same paneer dish with paneer cut into half and added sweet sauce to it. When we again complaint they said since ur food was already going to finish we processed the same dish to reduce chilli. When we complaint to the manager he came up with his own story that you always complaint about the food we were surprised to hear that as this was our first visit to this restaurant. This clearly shows that lot of other people also have similar complaints.
