If you love this brand food order Online cos I went 4 times and don't want to judge it in 1 time...staff attitude is worst and as if they are feeding food to people from shelter and they are damn slow in service. I went everytime.. entire restro was empty and no crowd and they have taken exactly 30 to 45 mins to get the food which is easily in preparations and top of if you ask them on extra charge they will make strange face as if you have asked their both kidneys. Ambience wise good but this branch focus is only on online swiggy Zomato orders and I have seen 2 times other customers shouting on them and they fooling giving anything..rubbish attitude of the manager too trust me they will run with this attitude pls change the name to Badmash Bhai cos you don't treat your customer well manner which also I have experienced from other angle Last time when I went .I have ordered chicken biryani and that too at 8:30pm which is not late hours, again I told pls repeat the order ..they said biryani is over and after 20.min they providing biryani too other customer and strange thing which is very bad. Staff is worst and I'll mannered and they have attitude like joh hai kha lo types Pls order online atleast you get food fast and offers and get avoided with nonsense staff. Everytime one common issue this is not there that is not there and half cooked if they serve and tell them than...

This is second time we visited this branch.. first time it was good experience.. but this time When we enter itself we received rude stare from reception staff as if we are asking free food when we said paying through Zomato coupon.. we lost interest to eat in the start itself.. then why the hell u people giving the option for Zomato coupon..

only food we like is afgani chicken.. don't even think to order malai tikka it was horrible.. for paying this much hefty price quality is not upto the mark..

Staff asking to give 5 star rating right away so most of the 5 star rating will be based on that only.. all the ratings are fake one..

Will never visit again and will never suggest to anyone else.. management please look into it and teach ur staff basic behaviour to treat customers properly or else no one will visit again like how we decided..

People don't dare to go with Zomato coupon or swiggy coupon to this place if at all u want to experience bad treatment from the staff sitting in the reception..

Worst food and worst service and we spoiled our anniversary dinner in this way.. thanks...

Horrible Online Experience. Ordered from Ola Foods from this place thinking it’s hardly 1km from my place if will reach soon. It took 1 hour and nobody bothered to get my order so tried calling the restaurant who cut my calls. Tried calling the delivery partner he said the restaurant is saying the order has been picked already. In that case they should get that resolved with Ola or cancel or do something at least. Instead ignored me and it took my 20 calls which they have cut every time knowingly. On the other hand Ola doesn’t have any support at all. So after 2 hours of frustration and hunger I ordered from Swiggy from a better restaurant and reached me on time.

Restaurant industry is for the ones who have empathy and ethics. Please refrain from doing business if you aren’t capable of raising to the occasion when there is a snag. There might be a genuine issue but the poor response from the restaurant is absolutely unacceptable. Wanted to host my 25 member office lunch here, so ordered to sample it.
