I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Shanghai Court in DLF Township! The food was nothing short of spectacular. The Lemon Basil Basa Fish was a burst of flavors—perfectly cooked with just the right balance of tangy and aromatic herbs. The Shanghai Special Chilli Garlic Basa was another highlight—spicy, crispy, and incredibly satisfying. If you're a fan of seafood, this is a must-try!
For the main course, the Mixed Nonveg Fried Rice was a crowd-pleaser—fluffy, flavorful, and packed with a variety of meats and vegetables. It paired wonderfully with the dishes. To top it off, the Strawberry Pop Mocktail was the perfect refreshing drink—sweet, fruity, and just the right amount of fizz.
The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious Chinese and Thai food...

Visited Shanghai Court DLF for Chinese cuisine and had a mixed experience.
Hits:
Steamed Momo: Exceptional taste, tender, and flavorful. Manchow Soup (modified): Non-spicy version was enjoyable, though not authentic.
Misses:
Dragon Chicken: Disappointing, seemed like frozen chicken was used. Schezwan Noodles: Overly spicy, thin noodles (like vermicelli).
Overall:
An okay Chinese restaurant, but room for improvement.
Recommendations:
Try the steamed momos. Request modifications for spice level.
Suggestions:
Improve authenticity of dishes (Manchow Soup). Upgrade chicken quality (Dragon Chicken). Balance spice levels (Schezwan Noodles).
Will we return? Possibly, to try other options.
Shanghai Court DLF, refine your dishes to match expectations!"

Read moreThis is a place you want to be with your friends and family and give them a treat of their life. Reason: unforgettable food and the magnitude of budget friendly-ness. So what I mean to say is, bring your date here in the end of the month or beginning, you wouldn't regret it. The food will be great. The budget wouldn't pinch your wallet and the ambiance is very good. The Thai- restaurant feeling comes quite clearly and would give you the memories of the friendly service. I would give it a 4.9 just because they had some storage materials stacked up in one corner of the seating area wich was not the best view for me. But I would certainly keep returning for more happy experiences.
P.S. - 1 portion of rice or noodles are more than enough for 2 people; and try the hanun fish if you like spicy. It's not on the menu....
