If you are in and around Sheshadipuram, Bengaluru then you might want to stop by at Sri Ganesha Bombay Vada Pav Corner. This small place serves a mix of North and South Indian delicacies and we managed to try out a bit of both. We had the following while we were at Sri Ganesha Bombay Vada Pav Corner.
Vada Pav was very different from the ones we have had and we found the filling to be very bland though. The chilli adds the spice factor, while the potato filling on it's own seemed to be very dull.
The Pav Bhaji on the other hand was also an average dish. The bhaji lacked spice, it surely needed some more bhaji masala, while the buns were perfect.
The Masala Puri was far better than the previous dishes, served piping hot, the masala was spot on. Finely cut veggies, masala powder, and the consistency of the curry was perfect indeed.
The Samosa is a must try, the filling was fresh, tasty, and the exteriors had the perfect amount of crispiness as well. Served with green chutney, the samosa ended up being the highlight of our visit to Sri Ganesha Vada Pav Corner.
We ended our time here by having a cup of filter coffee and tea. Both of them were strong and had a beautiful aroma and taste. A good way to end a chilly evening in the city of Bengaluru.
Sri Ganesha Bombay Vada Pav Corner is on the main road and finding a parking spot is very tough so be ready to park and walk a little. The service is fast and the place is clean as well. You can find them at #27, 1, 1st Main Rd, Jai Bheema Nagar, Seshadripuram, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560020 Budget Corner

This restaurant has Been around for 10 years and started in a very small place. But now, they have moved into a new premises. Ordering one Vada Pav and Pav bhaji, I sat to experience Mumbai's favourite street food. Pav Bhaji was garnished with butter and Coriander and the very first bite was a bliss. I could taste the citrusy and sour flavours which come from the tomato. The Bhaji was a perfect combination of vegetables and the warmth of the red chilli which was just amazing. The Pav was very soft and sucked in all the flavours of the bhaji perfectly. Then arrived our vada Pav. Ofcourse, the vada Pav was served with fried chillies. I went for my first bite and I could feel the soft texture of the bread and then the crispy outer layer of the vada. The potato filling inside the vada was extremely tasty. Overall it was an amazing experience. I would come here again and again just to eat the Pav bhaji and Vada pav
