I might be the only person who is rating this place a 3, but i want to go ahead and give my honest opinion and trying not to be biased by anything! I visited the Cafe a week ago. Fell in love with the ambience, and the fact that it is an organic place made me more happy. I had the millet pizza and I admit it was one of the best pizza's i've had - guilt free:), very good and tasty toppings, the millet base was very good too. The brownies at the cafe were also extremely tasty. Last Saturday I visited the restaurant at Green path. They had a buffet spread. I had too high expectations and ended up getting extremely disappointed. First thing is the air conditioning in the restaurant was broken. I was sweating all the while I was in. And the staff didn't do much about it either. Now going to the food: The millet soup, millet payasam - was very good, no complaints. The barbequed vegetables: Added to the sweat due to the amount of spice in it. When we complained to the staff that it is un-edible and extremely spicy, they again did not do anything about the it. The chef making this wasn't interested in making a new set of edible food. It took me around 10mins to get my taste buds back to normal. The red rice was un-cooked. I felt bad for having to waste food on my plate. Rest of the food was all average. I truly admire the thought and the passion of Mr. Jayaram in building this place. But i would request him to set these few things right. I am a true believer of organic food myself and i have always been in search of good places which share the same philosophy as mine. I was over-whelmed when i went to this cafe first time. But this time it has let me down. It is not about making a fuss about simple things, it's about how little was done for all the things that bothered us and they were genuine. The staff at the restaurant really really really need to be trained on how to deal with people and make things easier for all. I wish the management at the restaurant take care of the above things and i hope to be having better service and food the next...

I doubt the reviews i seen in Google now, after experiencing the buffet options in here. I wonder who could give them 4.5+ star.. 550/-+ taxes is what they charge and the the options available is not even worth of 300/- Washrooms sucks..even public toilets in railway station looks nd smells better then this.. Lift has capacity to take only 3 persons at a time. Spoons and plates have stains on them..water bottles seems like they have been there from ages..and all of them have stains nd marks on them.. Plates are not cleared even after you request for it. As they are busy deciding on who should be doing that. Millets on the plate..they say...I wonder what millets are they serving, because the options i saw their was boiled peanuts, cut sugarcane, jaggery, burned cake, Sweetened peanuts and sugar cuts etc..just to make it a visual treat..rotis are burned..even if you check pics posted by other customers...ull find them burned..but it tastes worst then having it burned.. Flavour was too bland. No salt no spice... You hardly hve any option for dessert..if you charge 550/- +taxes for one person you expect atleast 2/3 options of desserts. We got millet payasam..Being a Keralite, could very well tell that the millets weren't washed properly. As it had a flavour like having sumthng packed since ages... On top of it you will get two girls while you leave... downstairs asking and forcing you to put positive reviews for them.. Worst experience..please don't fool with names of organic nd millets..if this is organic better you not go for this organic thing.. Don't go by reviews...as those are not genuine..bcoz even if i try hard, i cudnt find one thing i cud say wud serve the purpose of me paying 550/-+

Nd in parking watchman ask you to pay him 100/- if you want to leave.. as he wants to have tea🙄😛an experience it was...but wud never like to...

I live in Hongkong and an old Bangalorean when only Basavangudi, Malleswaram, Ulsoor, city and cantt areas were there. Every year I visit Nammooru and for a decade , my go-to place has been The Green Path.

I m a vegetarian and my Farm is entirely organic. Preservation of old values and ways of cooking and forgotten. Foods is close to my heart

I admire Mr Jayaram who is making so many people aware of this kind of life. I make it a point to bring all my friends from overseas be it US, Australia, Denmark, Germany ir France when we meet up here in Bangalore.

When They visit by themselves they come too. I love all the vegetables be it stir fry or with gravy. The salads and so many different varieties of rottis..breads....

I don't like rice but I m spoilt for choice with multi grain rotis jowar millet ragi .

My most favourite is ragi rotti and millet payasa.

The mint and lemon I fused water in glass container elevates the mood at the table

Staff are unobtrusive ad sensitve to diner's needs.sunday i went with my Hongkong friend and had the pleasure of meeting iconic Mr Jayarm himself.

He ahould be the Guru healing all to a healthier life. Ditch all the fake gurus fake bhajans fake. Darshans fake festivals

I m a,world traveller andl visit many many. But Green Path is my magnet

Keep spreading the message Jayaramjee and teach us to to a healer of the earth, of the methds , of way way of cooking ,of the way of serving

Save the earth. Save yourself save the precious planet for the children. Batchon ke liye kuch bachao . Most ladies I see now .They are waddling. Eat organic food, follow yoga, lift weights....stay healthy for yourself and family

I will come again and...

Green Path Forgotten Food Restaurent Why go here? Come eat at this restaurent, if you're looking to have a quiet time eating healthy and tasty food with your family and special ones. Location 5/5 : Right opposite Mantri Mall Metro Station It's on a busy, prominent street. Easy to find and a good place to visit if you're in the Malleshwaram area. Reaching here is very easy by public transport. There is also a parking space for cars. Parking : Space for cars and two-wheelers. There is beautiful murals inside the parking lot. Check the images attached. 3 storeyed building, where the Ground floor is a serene cafe. Second floor is a conference room type space. Third floor is the Forgotten Foods Multi-Cuisine Restaurent. Mostly, it is an ala carte place. But, special mention to a Lunch Buffet that will be there only on Saturday & Sunday. It's a great deal and you get to try out almost the entire selection of their organic vegetarian menu. Priced at 450 + taxes per person. Food : We tried the Weekend Buffet, which was delicious. It had North Indian and South Indian selections. Soup, Millet Khichadi, Vegetable Curry, Tandoori Roti, Maharaja Pulao, Pasta, Sandwiches & more. There were around 5 kinds of dessert, including a homemade ice cream. Overall, the place is a must-visit. I'm giving 4 stars. Highlights : Great concept, surprisingly tasty organic food, nature-inspired interiors, comfortable space. Taking 1 star away because of bad music choice in the background. Old bollywood instrumentals were being played, which made it seem as if we're attending a marriage lunch. Music could be a little more soothing, perhaps acoustic guitar or meditative nature sounds.

We were there for the Sunday buffet breakfast and was overwhelmed by the spread of wholesome, delicious vegetarian fare. There was in total 14 items (including 2 items which was prepared on order and served - masala dosa and eggless omelette) and 4 drinks - ragi malt, mint lime juice, coffee and tea. The restaurant space was not very large, while their tidy kitchen and their busy cooks in action was visible behind the large glass windows. They also have a buffet lunch served on Sat and Sun, apart from the à la carte fare on the other days. The ground floor had an organic shop which was a gold mine of assorted farm items. Also on the ground floor was a cafe with a small space for impromptu entertainment - karaoke and dance. Also there were some private stalls, selling handicraft and home made food items in the lobby. Not sure whether these private stalls are always there, seems like it’s s Sunday affair. Also in this busy locality, it was a boon to have free parking available in the basement, though it might get full in peak hours. This place is well worth a visit and am sure you will find yourself returning again, in fact noticed some who were regulars for the Sunday breakfast.
