Very horrible experience in this restaurant. I can even call it a scam. I booked a reservation for Sunday dinner at this restaurant for 8 people through the Zomato dining. And In the Zomato dining it was mentioned as 860 odd rupees plus taxes per person for weekend dinners. But the restaurant had a different pricing in the final bill which after tax was approximately 1.1k rupees per person. When asked about this the restaurant service staff answered that the prices were not updated in the Zomato app which is clearly their mistake. Coming to worst part of the experience.. they levied 10% of the bill as service charges and also added 5% GST on the service charges as well. As per the highcourt order of 2023 no restuarant can mandate their customers to pay extra service charges. When asked about the same to the service staff they gave a reply that it was included as a part of the 1.1k per person charges which was a clear lie and come on who would do that!? There was clearly no clarity on billing and moreover they tried to cover up and fool us. I couldn't understand the complete break-up of the bill until i started to work on the bill the next day. This is a clear case of cheating at multiple levels. Now coming to the food here, nothing really felt fresh here. Especially the sea food. The dessert counter was horrible with items which felt like they were cooked a week ago. At the end of the dinner the restaurant's service staff come stand near the table and force the customers to write a positive review and mention the name of the waiter in the review so that they can get incentives. One of the worst hospitality that i have ever seen. There are no local staff here and all of them are from north India. The waiter for our table was chewing guthka in his mouth non stop. I really hope to get a positive feedback from the restaurant...

We know Punjab grill from long time, they have come up with live grill concept for the first time in this outlet. You will have best barbecue buffet experience, live grill, chaat counter, bar counter, cold stone ice cream counter, desserts and more.

I was here for dinner, They have best chaats here, I loved all of them, you just need to walk in the counter and order what you like to try, They have raj kachori, bhel, papdi chat and loved the pani puri with crispy puris.

We ordered moctails and I tried Mango flavoured moctail and it tasted great. Coming to the veg barbecue, salsa potato, tandoori mushroom, paneer tikka, crispy corn, broccoli, tandoori watermelon and more. I loved the taste of crispy corn and paneer tikka with their spicy sauces on it.

In starters, corn chaat, chilly paneer, soya chaap are very good. My favourite and must try is chilly paneer. Feel free to enjoy the buffet and fill your stomach, there are many options to go for.

In main course, you can directly pick from the buffet, they have very good breads naan and kulchas, and all go well with mushroom hara pyaza or kadai paneer.

They even have cold stone ice cream, needs to be improved in taste. In desserts, there are good brownies and cup cakes, assorted pastries needs to be improved.

Ambience is just awesome for family and groups, taste is good too. Had a wonderful experience dining here.

The venue was overcrowded with cab drivers, who gathered near the buffet area as if it were a wedding function. They were not seated and stood around the food counters, serving themselves and eating simultaneously, which felt unhygienic.There’s absolutely no issue with cab drivers being present, but the manager should have managed the situation better by assigning them specific seats. Instead, they were standing around the food counters, eating while serving themselves, which created a sense of chaos and felt unhygienic. Proper seating arrangements could have avoided this.

It was difficult to enjoy the food, especially with the shortage of bowls at the counter and the low-quality ice cream served. There were no complimentary drinks either. Although the hospitality was good, with staff refilling dishes promptly, the overall experience was disappointing. This was my first visit to Punjab Grill, and unfortunately, it might also be my last. I hope they address these issues in the future.
