Best place

Mantri Square Mall in Malleswaram, Bengaluru, is a vibrant hub that seamlessly blends shopping, dining, and entertainment, making it a must-visit destination for both locals and tourists. Spanning over 1.7 million square feet, it stands as one of India's largest malls, offering an unparalleled retail experience.

The mall houses over 250 stores, featuring a mix of international, national, and regional brands. From fashion giants like H&M, Marks & Spencer, and Levi's to electronics retailers such as Reliance Digital and Xiaomi, shoppers are spoiled for choice. The presence of department stores like Lifestyle and Shoppers Stop further enhances the shopping experience.

Food enthusiasts will appreciate the expansive food court, which boasts a seating capacity of over 1,500. A diverse array of dining options awaits, including popular chains like McDonald's, KFC, and Starbucks, as well as fine dining establishments such as Rajdhani and Barbecue by Punjab Grill.

Entertainment is a cornerstone of Mantri Square Mall. The six-screen INOX multiplex, including the luxurious Insignia experience, offers the latest blockbusters in comfort. Families can enjoy the Amoeba bowling alley and gaming center, while children have dedicated play areas like Kool Kidz.

Accessibility is a highlight, with the mall being directly connected to the Sampige Road metro station, a unique feature in India. This connectivity, combined with ample parking facilities, Designed by the internationally renowned Bentel Associates of South Africa, the mall's architecture marries modern design with contemporary Indian aesthetics. Regular events, from seasonal festivals to community engagements, keep the atmosphere lively and engaging. In summary, Mantri Square Mall offers a comprehensive and enjoyable experience, catering to diverse interests and age groups. Its strategic location, extensive offerings, and commitment to quality make it a standout destination in Bengaluru's...

am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience at the R&B store, specifically regarding the conduct and service provided by the department manager. While R&B is known for offering trendy fashion at competitive prices, the quality of customer service I encountered starkly contradicted the brand's image.

During my visit, I was appalled by the unprofessional and indifferent attitude of the department manager. As a customer, one expects to be treated with basic courtesy and offered assistance when required—unfortunately, that was not the case. The manager displayed a complete lack of effort in addressing my queries and concerns. Not only did they appear disinterested, but their dismissive tone and body language conveyed an unwillingness to help or resolve even simple issues.

What made the experience even worse was the overall poor quality of service throughout the store. Staff appeared untrained and disengaged, and it was clear that there was a lack of proper supervision and customer care. The department manager, who should be setting the tone and standard for the team, did nothing to ensure a positive shopping environment.

I left the store feeling ignored, frustrated, and extremely dissatisfied. As a paying customer, I believe that service should be a priority, and that all customers—regardless of how much they intend to spend—should be treated with respect and attention. Unfortunately, this was not my experience at R&B.

Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individuals involved but also damages the store’s overall reputation. I hope the management of R&B takes this feedback seriously and makes an effort to improve staff behavior and the quality of customer service, starting with proper training and accountability for department heads and frontline employees.

Until I see signs of improvement, I will be hesitant to return and would advise others to be cautious about expecting decent service at...

The mall is one of the largest malls' I have visited so far. It is a vibrant and brightly lit mall. It is having direct metro connectivity (the metro station to which it is connected is Sampige Road).

It houses several branded shops like Pantaloons, Shoppers stop, Westside, John Players, Peter England, Giny and Jony, Allen Solly, Lee Cooper, Biba, Maxx, Lifestyle, Levis, H&M, Zimson, Sugar, Marks and Spencer, Trend footwear to name a few amongst others. Book shops like Tynimo, Jute cottage; Home decor shops like Home Centre, Portico, Homestolife, Hometown, Bombay Dyeing; some baggage, jewellery and electronics centres are also available here.

The top floor is entirely the food and entertainment zone with the Inox multiplex entrance also located here. Some of the food outlets include KFC, Onesta, Taco Bell, Subway, Chinese Wok, Dominos, Burger king, Starbucks, Wow Momo, etc. There is a large siting area present where you can chitchat while having your food. Also restaurants like Shiv Sagar, Rajdhani, Pizza hut are present in this spot. Apart from these, dessert and ice cream shops can be also found here. The entertainment zone is quite large and kids, and also some fun loving adults, will love spending an entire day here. Entertainment zones like Amoeba, Time Zone, Scary house, Fun time are present here. A lot of rides and jumping and recreational games for children are available. Other facilities like babycare, ATM are available. Restrooms are clean. Tattoo junction, tooth spa, salons can be also traced in this mall.

The only things I disliked here are the sparsity of sitting places (except the top floor dining area) and the malfunctioning of some of the escalators. These things require a proper lookout to maintain the dignity of the mall. Overall, my experience with this mall is satisfactory and I will give this place a 4...

A good place to hang out on weekends and holidays. You can experience different varieties of dishes and quick bites in the food court. Kids can enjoy a nice experience in the gaming zone, and there are also many different brand outlets to explore. Overall, it’s a great place to spend time with family and friends

I went to this "Mantri Mahal"—one of those glittery, over-the-top super-duper malls in Malleswaram, the kind that makes you feel poor just by walking in. I only wanted a few basic non-food items. My mission? Buy proudly Made in India stuff. You know, do my bit for the motherland. But what did I find? A sea of products yelling Made in China in bold, confident letters—as if daring me to pick a fight. I checked everything twice: cups, clocks, cushions—even the Ganesha idols were from China. I felt like I’d accidentally walked into Beijing’s warehouse clearance sale. And here’s the kicker: the salespeople, all smiles and enthusiasm, kept saying, “Sir, this is imported from China—best quality, cheap!”—as if imported automatically meant superior, as if foreign labels were some kind of divine stamp of excellence. Indians, it seems, have an almost romantic relationship with anything imported. Whether it’s Korean skincare, American cereals, or Chinese plastic gods, if it comes from abroad, we treat it like it’s been blessed by Lakshmi herself. Now here’s the funny bit. China is supposed to be our number one enemy. We even lost a war to them! And yet, here we are, gleefully swiping cards and helping their economy do push-ups. Meanwhile, their economy is bench-pressing the US dollar like it's a feather. Compare that to the British. When Argentina invaded the Falklands, they boycotted Argentine goods faster than you could say “Chalta Hai.” These days, people proudly avoid products from Israel. But us Indians? We see a discount tag and forget who’s on the other side of the border. “Imported” beats “Indigenous” every time. Moral of the story: patriotism often ends at the price tag. And China, it seems, is laughing all the way to the bank—probably one we helped bui
