Subway Tata Sherwood — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Greetings

This is to highlight the issue we face at tata Sherwood branch of Subway at Bangalore.

The manager named Mr Sounder(as he says not sure if its right name) shouted at us. We waited over 30 mins since this manager was sitting inside and only guy was doing billing, baking and preparation. Since we were waiting there for 30 mins the welcome screen caught our eyes so we did the survey . After the survey I showed them code and the counter guy wasn't aware he called Mr.Sounder who was resting inside he shouted at me"who asked you to scan without asking counter boy" how silly is that. I don't want the fries, but what rights does he have to shout at a customer.? Why keep a screen which says scan and give survey then… Totally disappointed and never ever visiting subway...

Very shitty Subway outlet! I waited for 10 mins politely till they service the customer before me Even after that customer was done, they wanted to service their online orders before tending to us. We just wanted one sub and also there two people there but they were rude to us and asked us to wait while they were not even preparing the online orders but were just chitchatting. Just...

Extremely poor service and hygiene standards at this place. I was asked to wait 10 minutes for a sub when the restaraunt had no other customers. None of the staff have any kind of uniform or anything to show that they work there. Food is average at best. I'm really not sure how this Subway is even...
