poor hygiene ! poor hygiene ! poor hygiene !............I can see same complaint has been raised by other visitor also and owners typical reply to it. No reason to belive owner wants to amend or correct anything here. I Visited the Pizza Hut outlet on the evening of 23 July 2023 with my family to dine in. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to the lack of hygiene practices observed among the staff. They were handling raw vegetables and other ingredients for pizza-making with their bare hands, without using any gloves.

To make matters worse, there was no manager available to address my concerns. When I inquired about this unhygienic practice, they sent someone claiming to be the boss, who also wasn't wearing the head cover typically used by chefs. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction with this behavior, the person simply laughed it off and ignored my complaint, continuing with business as usual.

It's disheartening to witness such poor hygiene practices at a renowned brand...

Absolute pizza nightmare! Please avoid this place!)

Having stomach ache after couple of bites is bad enough, but throw in mysterious smoke and subpar taste, and you've got yourself a truly dreadful experience. Let's dish the deets on this place:

Smokey situation: Where was the smoke coming from? while doing the seasonings the place was filled with mild smoke, it affect the overall taste and smell of the pizza.

Tasteless tragedy: The Pizza was bland, in some placed it was undercooked, and in some placed it was all burnt, also had some other funky flavor.

We took takeaway and missed to take photos as we all were hungry, or else could've taken pictures of it and tag it to official handles.

Food quality has deteriorated. Interesting observation is that they no longer use mozzarella cheese in pizzas, instead one would find a weird white colored liquid on top of pizzas and even garlic bread which tastes horrible. The new item on the menu cheesy melts is the worst! It's uncooked from the inside though crispy outside. Their garlic bread is no longer buttery and cheesy. It's just a hard rusk with the same white liquid on top. The dine in service here is also poor, always delayed. This outlet is understaffed forever and they don't have card payment option.
