Dear Chai Point team, I think chai point should re-think on the quality and their representatives shall be visited at periodically basis whether missing about quality & taste of tea. I ordered masala tea - it is watery by adding with masala powder. I can say that I was drinking an artificial tea rather than real tea.
Chai Point team - required to focus and re- do your strategy to focus on quality or else you are going to loose the customers. Instruct to each stores to adopt & quantify the prompt feedback mechanism from the customers.
Take this feedback in very constructive way and ask yourself whether we are serving tea by considering the quality & taste factors.

Then I ordered tea which was cold, upon asking for a new one, the guy gave me a hot tea but with some weird taste.
