Frozen Bottle - Milkshakes, Desserts, and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Worst experience faced, there are judging people by dress and looks, first we want to wear nicely dressed to go and buy there. I wore night track pants and a T-shirt and went to the Frozen bottle to buy some milkshakes, so check the menu and ordered 3 milkshakes, then there are tell me the costs of the milkshakes in the way like are you willing to buy this. In the menu the prices are there right, then why should you ask twice and tell about the price and again tell about extra charges for the parcel 15 rupee, 3 milkshakes cost about 500 , if we care about 15 rupees. Look twice at me and judge simply, I learned a new lesson from this. Again I ordered 3 macrons, then, I expected a question form them like, which flavor you want, but instead of that, there told 3 macrons are nearly cost 270 like that,and there dont give same flavors, 3 of then, there given different flavors. There are mention of extra 15 charges for the parcel, so why didn't you mention the chargers of CGST and SGST which is more then 150(cost of 1 regular milkshake) and i was pay the bill by card, the payment was done and i got message, the cashier was conform it, but the other person telling that not credited and check twice, after the bill generated automatically after the payment, the he check the Bill twice and confirmed the order.

The way they answered and treated me is very very disappointed.

A Disappointing Experience: My recent visit with a group of friends turned into a less-than-ideal outing. From the moment we arrived, we felt an unwelcome atmosphere. The staff seemed judgmental, which created an uncomfortable dining experience. We ordered shakes, ice cream, and a boba drink. Unfortunately, the boba drink was a major disappointment. The boba pearls were rock-hard, making it unpleasant to consume. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were offered a complimentary drink, which was admittedly better. However, the boba pearls in this drink were also quite hard, suggesting that this was a consistent issue rather than an isolated incident. The explanation given by the staff about the boiling process felt unconvincing. Overall, the poor service, uncomfortable atmosphere, and subpar boba drink have left a negative impression. This was the 2nd time I had waffles in my life 🥲..first time was 10days back in marina beach Pondi.i fell in love with this dish and when I reached Bengaluru,I tried searching places where I can get waffles and this was hardly 500m from home..in short I had waffles from here and no way it was near the experience I got from a temporary restaurant..there it was hot and crunchy..here in frozen bottle like its name it felt damp…only thing I liked was hot chocolate ..I doubt I will be tempted to visit this...
