Suchitra Biryani House — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I've been customer for them for around 6 years, i knew this hotel when it was like meals MESS, then with awesome tidiness and tasty food they drew customers and grown to be what it is now ( Multi Cuisine restaurant ).

My Favorite item with them used to be " Prawn Biryani " and in recent months they've spoiled / degraded it's taste in many ways they can. The reason why i did not like is ..

Prawn are not being fresh and they are very harder unlike olden days. Masala and other ingredients are very less in Biryani, the only things that is existing in it is Chilly powder which is making it very very spicy, Except it, the old taste which used to force me go there min twice / thrice a week is no more existing in it.

At least for me , it is not worth anymore spending Rs.150 and going there, rather i would prefer spending the same for " Hyderabad Biryani " which is almost near to that hotel.

Another recent Visit, After a long time on [ 05-MAR-2016 ] for Lunch along with my friends from Bangalore. We just had a normal meals and my friends wanted/asked for "SUGAR" to mix with cup of curd they've provided with meal and they said "They are not providing the sugar" any more. When i've asked about the same at the time of billing "Their response was so arrogant that 'YES, we do not provide sugar'". Then and there i've decided not to go to this place anymore.

They could create a "Blind Customer Base" who could still go/habituated to go in spite of they not maintaining the quality up to the mark like earlier. I think that is a reason they've grown arrogant.

I still could not think of a Hotel/Restaurant which would deny a spoon/2 spoons of sugar into "Curd Bowl". That is very BAD. I do not recommend this place. There are other alternates like this place in same road. Find...

I saw this restaurant below near A2B and heard good reviews from my friends. WE decided to order mughulai biryani, and the restaurant does not deliver unless the price exceeds 500 INR.

Biryani came in foiled cover, and inside it had additional plastic cover layer. When I tried sorting out pieces and biryani, I was shocked! There were 3 pieces, 2 pieces were bloody huge as size of my first! and 1 piece was medium half the size. The same pattern for my other 2 friends who ordered along with me. This is the only reastaurant which I am happy with the quantity provided. The taste was decent and quite hygienic .

Definitely recommended !

Food : Perfect hyderabadi biryani. It has got the right amount of texture,taste and everything which makes for a perfect biryani dish. Their Quantity with quality and the perfect rates is what this restaurant makes good. Their starters are also good and a bit spicy with a twist of taste 😀....!. This Place is well maintained and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended for veg also,Which was as good as non veg.

Location: Near to the main road opposite to ISRO.

Parking : 2 wheelar parking is available but difficult to get 4 wheelar parking.

Ambience: a decent place with no waiting and cleanliness is maintained well. They have both AC and non-ac sitting options.
