"I recently ordered from this restaurant from Swiggy and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a 7-layer burrito roll (non-veg), Cheesy Seasoned Nachos, and a Naked Chicken Taco Meal.

The main issue I encountered was with the TOMATOES used in the food. The tomatoes were stale, smelly, and inedible. They were used in both the burrito roll and the tacos. Interestingly, when the tomatoes were mixed into the roll, there was no noticeable smell, but when I removed the tomatoes from both the roll and the tacos, the stench was unbearable from TOMATOES.

After contacting the restaurant, the initial response was polite. They claimed they were using the same tomatoes that were sent to me and in the image it's reddish colour so it's looking fine and when I mentioned there is a difference between looking at it and tasting when it reveals the flavour and texture so However, when I requested someone from their team to investigate, the response was frustrating: "they asked me to simply remove the tomatoes from the roll and tacos and eat it without any further assistance". As a result, I had no option but to dispose of the food, as it was not edible.

To make matters worse, I wasn't able to leave a review on Swiggy, and the issue was marked as closed without resolution. The food went straight to the trash. And I didn't receive the Addons for the meal but the Swiggy refunded when the issue was raised.

One important lesson I learned from this experience: always check your ingredients before eating, whether you're ordering for delivery or dining in. You can't always tell what's stale when it's mixed with other ingredients, and it could potentially ruin your meal and your health. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant, as it seems quality control...

Very incompetent service!!!

I was randomly sent an invoice at 7:16pm at 19 September 2025 with the order number as 225. I got this invoice saying the order was Dine In but the best part is I was at home and I have never ever been to this mall. I had to call the restaurant and inform them regarding this, as my contact number is being used to place order and this is a safety concern, the staff who spoke to me did not bother to take the order number which was mentioned in the invoice and no details were asked, and I myself had to tell them the details they didn't even bother to note it down or listen. All they said is "Yes sir, Yes sir" and they said they would check on this and get back to me in 30mins but none of them did.

This is a matter of safety and privacy concern as my personal number is being used to place order, I seriously hope the staffs are competent enough to recheck the contact number with their customers before placing the order or resolve such concerns if arised, but instead in this case, the details from the invoice was not asked nor they called me back to resolve this.
