Let's get to the ambience: The dance floor is one difference. Rest is an open restaurant nothing very critical. Enclosed area, even during day time you will feel the night environment.

Parking is limited, in the basement.

Staff, needed serious training, some other table orders landed at our table not once but multiple times.

Price over the top. I tried many high-end restaurants not seen Mutton biryani to be priced at Rs 849. Food served in melamine dishes is somehow not a true sign of premium. There are much better ambiences with much better prices and services.

There are discount offers from table booking service apps.

Tables need to be cleaned properly, stains from previous customer service are still there.

Marketing strategy is to attract customers by the discount %.

The owner's justification (in Google reviews) was that the ambience price is included hence the price is higher. Then, why give a discount to reduce the price both of these do not tie up. This is a marketing gimmick, let's not underestimate customers' knowledge.

Suggestions: Focus on customer satisfaction and acquisitions rather than gimmick, many will avoid ordering high priced items and you may say low preferred items but that may not be true. Think!

There are many restaurants that are offering the best of everything without any discount and people are crowding those places. This is another model of operation. They focus on repeat visits and word of mouth.

The food tastes good, the quantity is ok for one person. No complain. The speed of food delivery...

I visited TOF on 15th February, and unfortunately, the experience was quite frustrating due to the poor service and dishonesty from the staff.

First, we ordered a pizza, only to wait for a long time without any update. When we finally asked the waiter, he casually checked and informed us that it was served to the wrong table! Instead of taking responsibility or offering a quick solution, we were asked to wait all over again for our order.

Second, when we entered, we saw beer pitchers being served, so we requested one. However, the waiter refused, claiming that they had stopped serving pitchers because it was difficult to get them from upstairs. Strangely, after some time, we noticed pitchers being served to other customers who arrived much later than us. When we confronted the waiter, he started bluffing, saying that someone told him not to serve pitchers.

All of this happened despite the fact that the place was not even crowded. Such carelessness and dishonesty from the staff completely ruined the experience. Definitely not a place I’d recommend unless they seriously improve their service.

Also, when I checked the reviews, I noticed a suspicious number of fake-looking 5-star ratings, likely collected by the staff. Many of these reviews mention staff members by name and are mostly from first-time reviewers, making it seem like they were asked to leave...
