The food and taste are top-class, no doubt about it. However, the service is absolutely pathetic. Let me share my experience.

I ordered 3 sets of Happiness in the mini version from the Vega City outlet through Swiggy. After 45 minutes, I received only one set instead of three. When I checked with the delivery partner, they confirmed that they were given only one box by the outlet. I contacted Swiggy customer care, and they refunded the amount.

We had a few guests who really liked the taste, but one set was not enough. So, I placed the same order again. Unfortunately, after another 45 minutes, I received just one set instead of three.

Once again, I had to go through the hassle of requesting a refund. I fail to understand the parcel handling process at this outlet. Don’t they check the count of items before packing? Repeating the same mistake twice is completely unacceptable. I wonder what state of mind the staff is in to allow...

Tiny place serving a variety of Waffles. During our first visit, we tried the belgian chocolate (milk) and classic honey butter waffle flavors. Both were freshly prepared and served hot. We particularly loved the chocolate flavor, but found the honey butter flavor lacking. The service was quick, but the staff could benefit from improving their customer interaction; we found them a bit unprofessional. Additionally, the seating is quite limited, making it a challenge to find a spot during busy times. Very difficult to find a parking spot as the store is located right on the main road. Overall, a decent experience with delicious waffles, but there’s room for improvement in service...

The boys at the store are extremely unprofessional, they keep laughing and enjoying amongst each other. The delivery at the store takes too long, usually unnecessarily you’ll have to wait for 20-30 mins for one waffle to be made. We had ordered triple cookie and kitkat, for triple cookie, the red velvet waffle was sour and wasn’t at all fresh, i threw it. For kitkat the guys were so lost, they gave it to us without kitkat, when asked, in front of us, he broke a kitkat into three and put it over the waffle.
