The Big Barbecue was an unplanned visit due to non availability of ABs... What to say... The place was a good bargain from a price point when paying the bill through Zomato, HOWEVER...
Food was okay. If compared to ABs or other similar restaurants, they can do way better. The spread of barbecue in itself is just okay. The buffet seemed to be better compared to the barbecue.
Note, if you choose a non veg barbecue, they will not serve any vegetarian barbeque. They would serve on plate veg stuff but not barbecue.
The veg stuff like crispy fried corn will land cold on your plate along with few other stuff.
The barbecue in itself is, 1 chicken, 1 fish, 1 prawn... There goes the barbecue spread... You cannot baste any sauce on the barbecue here, but you can ask for spice levels to be adjusted.
We were served chicken wings which was spicy and food which was repeated. Mutton kola balls was served once and never repeated. But veg stuff not barbecue was going around time and again, of course not the interesting one ..
While I could have lived with the food to an extent; the service was one thing why I will never visit again... They seem like the world is going to end the next second. They are so much in a hurry that they will not hear you and keep sprinting across the floor. Not once but every time I asked. They are never polite but very Stern to any question asked. We did not have cutlery on the table when asked they just grabbed one from another table. Dessert spoons were not available and when asked i was told it should be on the table. But it was not there. After insisting for it we got 2 for a 3 member table 😂... Hygiene took such a back seat that the spoons were held at the head which we use to eat... Cannot believe it...
We hit the ice cream kiosk and wow what a welcome we had, the guy was so frustrated that simply asking what flavours are they pissed him off. I politely asked why are you so upset, but he just shrugged the question. I asked whether the freezing table was for a icecream roll, he was like hell nooo... The icecream would have melted by just his looks 🥵
You do not choose this place if you are looking for a decent experience and basic courtesy... What a regret to be with...
Read moreBILL NO- B22270 Let's start justifying the rating 1 as (Negative or 0 are not on the list). The starters were not given as mentioned on the menu ie; for veg it was 6 options but was given may be 3 of them andfor non veg it was 5 but offered only 3.Have to ask for refills which was taking long time. Could have attached the print out of menu but forgot it in restaurant. 2.One person who was serving our table was managaging the mocktail counter, hence service on my table was delayed. 3.Paneer dish (so called paneer tikka) was paneer with no veggies. Upon asking as it was flat and tasteless was offered paneer of my choice which I said paneer achari. Which took almost 25 mins to come and was literally undercooked and could taste the raw ginger garlic paste flavour. Later chef told this is not in our menu hence it is tasting like this. Ordered broccoli (Mangolian grill) which I was told is out of stock in 1st instance, upon asking for menu (which I proved it is mentioned on the menu details was told it is available) . Hence I ordered broccoli for which I am still waiting as it never arrived. Upon checking with the Steward again was told "Certainly sir 5 mins" and they offered Gobi Chilly. I was amazed with their creativity, broccoli turned into Gobi chilly. 5.Again waited patiently, but have to ask server what is the issue happening, then he called the Chef. Chef accepted food was not good and tasted flat. Chef offered Chilly Paneer to us, which was little good from rest of the things offered. This was a cover up initiative which I am totally against. Had a word with Business manager , who was totally confused and was left with no option other than apologizing. But must say there is absolutely no control on the service @ banerghhtaa location. Chaotic place it is. 7.Overall wasted weekend and time at this place. Raise your standard guys. Till now worst experience in terms of behave, service and confused staff with stingy behave...

Cons: Nothing specific to callout
Here you go: I visited this outlet today (06/30) for the first time with my wife for dinner. I got Table no 17 which was quite elegant and set aside for couples (I guess and I liked it). Our server was Prince who was very attentive and friendly. He ensured that our requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner and ensured less to no waiting time on the table. The service was amazing. The food was quite satisfactory. We tried momos, grilled octopus from the live counter. There were atleast 3 varieties of briyanis available on a separate biryani counter which was new for me. Desserts selection were not new and had same items like gulab Jamun, moong daal halwa, jalebi but also had sabudana kheer which was new here. We liked mutton skeekh kabab and chicken wings very much. I personally like mutton Rogan Josh along with butter Naan. Mutton Rogan Josh was delicious, well spiced, no coloring and well cooked mutton was just amazing. Overall I liked the dinning experience. Billing and payment was quick and hassle-free.
I would surely recommend this place for family as well as friends and couple. Outlet is accessible through stairs and lift. The parking space is right in front of the outlet. I would advise to always make a table booking and arrive on time. The outlet usually get quite busy during weekends and hence it's best to stick to the time. The outlet has spacious waiting area with sitting space so waiting for a table won't be a pain, to be honest. Give it a try,...
