The food is good but it takes time. We waited 30 minutes for a salad. There is also mix in the order. They gave different sauces than what we asked for. But the waiter, and the food as well, were nice so we did not complained.
Edit: we went back for dinner and the cold coffee was not cold. We asked for sugar and ice cubes, they took it back and came back with no difference. Still the old same no cold, cold coffee. We also ordered for a greek salad. Everyone knows that a greek salad is with feta cheese. The waitress, a new one I guess, came with a salad without cheese. We asked and she said we ordered the greek salad and we did not said "with feta cheese". 🙄 If there was a doubt she should have clarified it by explicitly asking if we did not wanted the cheese. Anyway, since she was new we did not wanted to make a big deal out of it and because we were late, we refused the cheese and made sure that the price will be discounted accordingly and she said yes. We were sure that will not be the case but fine...she discussed it with her manager and he came and asked what happened. We explained and he said that we ordered without cheese... 🙄 Which was never the case. As a cheese lover, that would have never happened. But because that waitress was new, she must have lied to her manager to save herself. At the end, the manager insisted to add the cheese, and we accepted. We got our bill with a note for the greek salad, "do not add cheese" which was NEVER stated. I don't mind mistakes and like in the 1st review, it happened and we did not mind. But dishonesty is not acceptable. By the way, the salad was not good too. Too much oily. Disappointing...
Read moreLovely coffee shop and great staff, but it's such a pity the wifi is messed up! I went a few times to get out of our apartment and do some writing on my computer.. it's quiet so ideal for this. However, their wifi structure is unnecessarily complicated and frankly doesn't work without a lot of messing about. I informed Max, the manager, who asked me to speak to the owner who assured me the wifi issue would be sorted.. I went a few days later and it was still the same complicated mess up.. I spoke to a guy who told me he's the one who's doing the wifi for the business, I explained that the wifi is unnecessarily complicated and doesn't work for say a phone and computer as only allows 1item per account, and then all this information required, name, email, creating an account and God only knows what else.. I told the guy that there's other businesses on Bannerghatta rd such as a local restaurant, a local bar, Uru and other places that have wifi, simple username/ password or scan and done with no such annoying time consuming criteria.. To my amazement instead of rethinking his position he doubled down and told me this is how this has to be citing some laws etc which doesn't make sense considering the other local businesses who offer great uncomplicated access to wifi. Bottom line: great coffee shop but if you're looking to use / work on computer I'd look for somewhere else like I have. I hope the owner sees this and sorts the wifi issue out. Better yet they visit the local establishments I mentioned and experience hassle-free wifi and learn how to install this in their coffeeshop. I would then definitely return and...

The Chilli Paneer was a standout dish, The paneer cubes were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside yet soft inside. The balance between the spiciness and the sweetness of the sauce was very well handled, making each bite flavorful as well as overwhelming. The bell peppers and onions added a fresh crunch, which paired well with the soft paneer. The Mushroom Tikka was a pleasant surprise. The mushrooms were juicy and had absorbed the marinade really well, delivering a smoky, tangy flavor with every bite. The spice level was just right — enough to tingle the palate without overpowering the earthiness of the mushrooms, giving that authentic tandoori feel. The Grill Chicken was cooked very nicely — tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The seasoning was spot on, and the slight smokiness gave it a rustic, hearty feel. The meat remained moist inside, which shows...
