The Dome Cafe - Sarjapur Road — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I organized my daughter's birthday party at Dome's Cafe Kasavanahalli on the 31st of March, and it was a complete disaster. Despite prearranging everything with the staff, including menu requirements for our group of 25, the service was appalling. We were advised to schedule the party in the afternoon due to anticipated evening crowds, which we agreed to. However, on the day of the event, the service was shockingly bad.

While other guests were being served promptly, the children in our group were neglected, despite multiple requests made at the counter. The excuse given was that there was a rush, but that should not justify singling out one group for poor service. My wife and I had to repeatedly request basic items like glasses and plates, which the staff seemed oblivious to.

When the food finally arrived, only one plate for a few items was provided for our group of 25, leaving half of the guests hungry and frustrated. We had to continually approach the counter to remind the staff of the missing items, but their attitude remained indifferent throughout.

To make matters worse, plates were simply placed on the table without any food being served, forcing my wife and me to take on the role of servers. It was a chaotic and embarrassing situation, far from the memorable celebration we had hoped for our daughter.

Overall, the experience at Dome's Cafe Kasavanahalli was extremely disappointing, marred by incompetent staff and abysmal service. I would strongly advise against hosting any event at this...

We reserved Silver package for dome. The decorations were good. Team also supported well for our celebrations. Since it was afternoon time, there was direct sunlight and it was warm and humid . Later we chose ac hall for lunch. Coming to food, we were nit ar all happy. The appetizers we had were too spicy, lacks taste. Among appetizers, main course, only Nachos was better. Mocktiail was below average. Only saving grace, was. Excellent service by there F & B service. They were courteous, served smilingly. Though the time taken for food and beverage was more than the required time for the less occupancy rare at that time, we didn't mind much as we were enjoying relaxing Sunday afternoon. Ambience is good, the interiors are tastefully done . There are many photo ops for insta post:). Service hall is neat . There was no clutter, tjough the space was limited there, thanks to great interiors. Price is also ok, value for money, but they must work on food quality. The restaurant is in 4 th floor and they have one hall without Ac and one with Ac . There is one small outside seatings across AC hall. Terrible Experience at The Dome Café, Sarjapur

I had the misfortune of visiting The Dome Café in Sarjapur for a birthday celebration with a group of 15 people, and it was an absolute disaster. The staff, especially the reception guy( the guy named pritam, pritam was explaining how panner is fixed in my mind, i dont know who hired him), was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We ordered a veg dish that was supposed to include paneer, but they didn’t have it. Instead of apologizing, they flat-out rejected our order and told us to pick something else, saying there were plenty of other veg options. No courtesy at all.

We had booked the place for a birthday occasion and paid ₹4000 for the arrangements. Despite this, they didn’t even offer us a complimentary juice. When we asked about it, the staff rudely responded that we should have been vocal about wanting it, as if it was some sort of freebie we didn’t deserve.

To top it all off, the guy at the counter was abusive and extremely rude throughout the entire interaction. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I've had in Bangalore. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially considering how poorly they treat their customers. Avoid...
