Read moreWhat a lovely place!! Lovely rusty ambiance and an open air feeling, with very relaxing interiors will give you a perfect breakfast / brunch vibes. It’s not a huge place and the seating may feel a bit crowded but for some reason you will not mind it a bit. It’s a place you will want to come back to for more.
The food menu offers you a variety of American/English popular dishes and they are delicious and filling. Let’s start with the breakfast - the English breakfast has been my personal favorite here and is not just a well prepared dish but also feels authentic (the bacon and sausages come with pork options) and is filling! If you want to take this a notch up, go for the chicken hole 9 yards and you will not be disappointed. There is such a large breakfast menu, you will be spoilt for choices and for the quantity and quality, the prices are extremely reasonable! The place even offers a variety of omelette options, and my personal fav will remain the bacon stuffed omelette but hey, everything here is simply delicious and it feels like a tragedy that we cannot humanly eat it all!!
Burger lovers won’t be disappointed either, though almost all the burgers are patty based (not a meat piece like KFC etc) and I’m sure they all taste great, though we only tried the Mexican - it was awesome!! There’s even an elaborate sandwich menu, and I’m sure it will tempt you.
The place also has fresh and delicious pancakes and waffles which is a must try. It’s something you can share after breakfast or have it yourself as the main dish, but don’t miss it! My fav one is the lemon cream pie waffle, it’s just amazing and will leave you carving for more.
There are smoothies and beverages too, and while we sticked to the fresh juices (did feel fresh! And good quantity too!!!) there’s enough options to suite everyone’s preferences.
The music isn’t great , not that it matters. You come here to have a good morning chat and happy breakfast. There’s a book shelf and you can pick up books to read but the choices are limited and aren’t too exciting. The parking could be a challenge, so if you have a 2 wheeler then better to visit on that one.
Overall a fantastic place. Authentic; quality food with super value for...
Read moreExtremely disappointed with the service today: 3 bad experiences in my 3 visits so far:
Last month I had brought my 2 daughters and this waiter did not register the order correctly and my 1st one had to wait for 15 minutes for her order to arrive. Food was great customer service sucked big time.
2nd experience was about coffee. Specifically mentioned this to the waiter that I needed coffee first before the breakfast. But breakfast arrived first and coffee took a while to arrive. As usual food was great and customer service sucked.
Drove 10 kms to HITW Kammanahalli this morning, 1st Nov along with my family and waited for 15 min. A family of 3 walk in and they got the seat which really made me furious. Waiter ignored us and didn't even bother to check as I had to ask to let me know but this waiter failed and did not even care.
The waiters have '0' customer service skills and poor communication skills. They don't even bother which customer walk in and walk out.
While HITW is known for their delicious food the customer service is a big 0.
I can tolerate this rubbish if I were to dine in alone without my family. But to disappoint my wife and 2 girls is not tolerated and I cannot compromise.
I had called a lady (not mentioning her name) after today's experience and I was told that she would look into it and call back but did not hear back.
If your product is good without good customer service then it's bound to fail. If you have a bad product with great customer skills you will have lot more opportunities to retain your customers.
I won't be coming back to HITW and go through this ordeal again. Clearly there is a hole in the...
