It was an an accidental booking. Before boarding, I wanted to vacate after day#1. Surprisingly I extended my stay to day#2 at ZURI, now. What a passionate management and a courteous staff!! Epic services in all sense. Zuri is Elegant, Comfort, Safe and Clean hospitality. It is more than a hospitality that they are serving with a humanity purpose at true value.
Firstly, my thanks to Rajil Pillai, the Chef. Wow, I forgot my home. Ultimate range of continental food (from egg florentine to Ragada pav) and the best tasting experience. 5 ⭐️ to any food tastings here. I’m super impressed of you and your culinary team.
Secondly, dear staff here. Please take this bow from me. Outstanding service with a care in each task. I’m inspired.
Last but not the least. I could sense that clearly, it is the management who’s driving this amazing culture across this hospitality. Each piece of detailing is taken care. My sincere thanks to Dev, General Manager of Zuri. Trust me, I will revisit for stay and refresh my experience again. I know 5 ⭐️ that are least bothered about maintenance; whereas everything in the hotel is working perfect. I’m a delighted customer for the qualitative and quantitative service you offer. Worst service! (Rooms are great. Food is great too). Commenting on service as it spoils one's experience completely.
Looks like this hotel has cut down on staff by 80-90%. Went to the fitness center around 8:25 pm. All the lights were switched off. Called every possible number and asked for help with the lights. Every person promised that the staff would reach there in 2 minutes to turn on the lights. I kept calling after every 5 minutes. Finally they stopped receiving the calls. After 30 minutes, someone switches the lights on from outside and runs away but no one comes to talk or tell me what the problem was. (The gym did not have any drinking water too) Asked for a birthday cake (well in advance)- they said it couldn't be done as the chef is not available. I've never got that reply in a 5 star hotel earlier. Had to go to the basement to pick up my car because valet service was not available as the driver hadn't reached (shocked that a 5 star hotel has 1 driver for valet service) Most of the times, you won't be able to contact room service, reception or the operator. 50% of the times, the call won't connect. If it does, they won't answer everytime.
The staff did not seem rude but I don't think this hotel has enough staff. I hardly see anyone around. Those available don't look well trained. None of the issues get resolved quickly. A lot of cost cutting is being done and that is impacting customer experience...

Starting with the Room service/house keeping, the room very well maintained and the services were excellent especially by their staff Thrirupathi, Pavan, Presanth, they did and excellent and commendable work keeping the room clinically clean, I am not kidding, the washroom, bathtub, rooms and Bed were clinically clean each and every day of my stay, EXCELLENT WORK you Three and The Zuri Management should make a note of this and HIGHLY appreciate their work.
Don't get me stopped there, the Breakfast, Buffet Lunch or Buffet Dinner is not that bad, there support staff always vigilant and ready to cater to all my needs in the shortest time possible, very fast, very friendly and always energetic. KEEP SMILING you guys. Loved your service.
And among the last two were the Zuri Shoffer, always on stand-by and accurate on Time, both pickup or Drop, Morning, Evening or Afternoon, available all the time with the Smoothest possible Cars provided by Zuri (mainly Toyota) and the excellent driving skills of the driver.
