I attended the Holi 2025 celebration at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The event was horribly mismanaged, and the hotel clearly couldnāt handle the crowd.
I had booked the VIP section, which promised unlimited color. However, the reality was far from what was advertised. We waited for 45 minutes just to get in, surrounded by a chaotic, overcrowded scene reminiscent of a local Mumbai train station. The attached video shows the madness at the entranceāit's a clear depiction of how disorganized the entire event was.
Once we finally entered, the VIP section had a narrow entrance that only added to the chaos. To get our "unlimited color," we had to wait another 10 minutes, and when we finally received it, it was only a handful. We were then told to wait in line again for more. On top of that, they refused to provide color in plastic packets, which made the situation even more frustrating.
There was no dedicated rain dance area for the VIP section, so we had to leave that space entirely. By the time we went to enjoy the water station, it had run out, and they were unable to refill it for the next two hours.
The drinking water and food situation was also horrendous. We had to stand in separate linesā15 minutes just to get a token for water, and another 10 minutes for overpriced bottles of water (ā¹50 for a ā¹10 bottle). I didnāt even bother with the food.
In short, the hotel overbooked the event and didnāt stop bookings until the very last minute. While they likely made a lot of money, theyāve lost me as a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent here for a team lunch. It was buffet lunch with 3 Non Veg dishes and a variety of veg dishes. The 3 Non Veg was a Chicken Starter / One Chicken Curry and a Mutton Curry. The Chicken Starter was Chilly Chicken with loads of capsicum - which tasted like the usual Chilly Chicken. The mutton and the chicken curry went well with rice. As for Veg Dishes there was Paneer and Potatoes which were the core ingredients in a majority of the dishes. The veg curries were good specially the Chole Masala. They serve a variety of breads. The best part about Trinity is the dessert. Lovely Gajar ka Halwa. After that was all over they served Gulab Jamun with Ice Cream (which was very fresh).
Ambience: Beautiful lobby. Wonderful seating arrangement with lounge style chairs and long glass tables. Beautiful lighting. The large glass walls allow natural light during daytime.
Overall Experience: The service was prompt when it came to serving water and bread (for the curries), else it was a buffet system. Love the ambience. And for a lounge of its class it was worth every penny.
NOTE: Dont forget to ask for Corporate Discounts if you are from one of the...
