Just got back from a stay at the Bloom Hotel, and I’ve gotta say, the team there is something special! Dharma and Nakul at reception, along with Shashi and Jhulan in the dining area, really made my trip.

Dharma and Nakul were the first faces I saw, and they set the tone for the whole stay. Super chill and friendly, they got me checked in and feeling at home in no time. They knew everything about the hotel and the area, so I was never lost or wondering what to do next.

In the dining area, Shashi and Jhulan were the dream team. Shashi had the insider scoop on all the dishes, guiding me through the menu with some top-notch recommendations. And Jhulan? he was always buzzing around, making sure everyone was having a great time and their coffee cups were full.

The vibe in the dining area was just what you’d want for kicking off the day or winding down in the evening, all thanks to them. It felt more like hanging out at a friend’s place than a hotel.

It was a pleasure to stay here. We stayed 10days in this hotel, never get bored. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture, locker for valuables and with all amenities you may need.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained.The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options.

In the Kitchen, Chef Naveen kumar, service people Sasi kumar,Jhulan,Vicky & Pughal are very disciplined and humble, all people are awsome, When i enter into the breakfast room they welcoming with heartful smile... We experienced different varieties of Breakfasts.. Thankyou Chef.

The room service boy by name Dipanjan Sarkar, Hard Working and punctual in keeping the rooms clean.. I surprised that when we returned from breakfast, already he cleaned our room and kept the bathrooms dry &clean. He Talks very limited.. Wish you all the best Dipanjan..
