Keys Cafe — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This is part of the Keys Hotel near Graphite India. We went for buffet dinner to check food quality as we were planning to book for a party.

The options were very limited for the price they charge. There was one 1 non veg starter. 1 chicken main course and no mutton.

More over we found cockroaches on food and near the buffet serving area. When we dine by paying a premium we expect healthy food in a clean hygienic environment.

This is not expected.

Plus 1 for their initiative to hire the specially abled people as serving staff i appreciate...

Substandard food, expensive, bad ambience. Plates, spoons weren't very clean, restrooms were in bad condition, place looks cheap with the plastic furniture, cutlery and xerox printed menu. Food was very average, price was disproportionately high. Staff are polite but do not take criticism well, and are unwilling to go the extra mile to help customers. Cannot comment on quality of rooms as I walked in for dinner, but won't be dining there again, forget about...

I went for buffet dinner on 8th March 2020. If you are planning for the buffet too, please go to other restaurant. This place sucks. On the name of buffet, they have limited a la Carte options.
