I really don’t write reviews often, but this experience was unbelievably disappointing and frustrating. We walked into the pub on a Monday evening and ended up spending well over 50,000, expecting at the very least some basic courtesy and smooth service.

To begin with, many of the liquor options we asked for were simply not available after one round, which was surprising considering it was a weekday and not even a peak rush hour. What made things worse was the complete lack of coordination among the staff — one person would say something, another would contradict it, and in the end nothing actually moved.

Even after a bill of this scale, there was not a single word about offering a discount or even a gesture of appreciation for the business. The food we ordered never came to the table, and when we tried to follow up, the responses from the staff were careless at best. The way one of the staff members spoke to a lady in our group was completely unacceptable — dismissive and with an attitude that no guest should have to tolerate.

Overall, the entire evening felt like a waste of both time and money. Terrible service, zero accountability, and absolutely no value for customers. Strongly reconsidering ever...

A rooftop bar, Watson’s is a retro themed space. you will see a lot of old movie posters on the red brick walls. Along with the balcony seating you also have the option of balcony seating. It’s a nostalgic vibe, especially if you are into detective series like Sherlock Holmes! Visitors to Watson also get an intimate view of the Lake Ulsoor. The bar and food menu is quite pocket friendly and there’s a range of choices to pick from. It is one of the most popular pubs in Bangalore without an entry fee.

Watson’s Ulsoor is one of the best places to hang out in Bangalore, with friends and colleagues especially on weekends! The vibe is absolutely fantastic with great music and an energetic crowd that keeps the place lively till closing.

The drinks menu is superb – both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options are excellent, and everything is served fresh and well-presented. Special mention to He knows exactly how to craft the perfect drink, always greets you with a smile, and makes sure you’re well taken care of. Easily one of the best bartenders I’ve come across.

The food is delicious, served hot and on time, with plenty of variety to go with the drinks. The staff is friendly, attentive, and quick with service. Even the bouncers are professional and courteous, ensuring a safe and comfortable atmosphere for everyone.

Overall, Watson’s Ulsoor has everything you’d want in a great night out – awesome music, a lively crowd, excellent service, amazing food & drinks, and a fantastic team. Definitely a place I’d recommend and keep...
