Winni Cakes & More — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I had placed an order today in the afternoon for a flower bouquet of rupees 399 and paid 200 rupees more for fixed time deliver and chose the slot 3pm to 4pm. I by mistake had put one of the number wrong. I called winni directly to inform that and the number given on the website is invalid and cannot be reached out to. I immediately started a chat and they said that they have sent an email about receiver not picking the call. Co incidently I had given my valid number even in the receiver address and I didn't not get any call. Later when I asked for a re attempt, I get a call immediately to be telling that if I need a re attempt, I need to pay again. This is the worst thing that you could do to a customer. I have paid 50% of the product charge as delivery charge and you don't deliver it and ask for more charge for re attempt for deliver or not even proving me a refund. Your employee is giving me reasons like my phone might have been in a low network coverage area. I have been sitting in the same place since I placed my order as soon as I asked for re attempt or refund, I immediately get a call. How is that possible? Until now, they are giving me reason that sometimes the phone can be not reachable due to their server problem. Is that something I need to take as a reason and also lose my money. Worst...

If there was a negative rating, I would have done that! This is a FRAUD company that just takes customers money, charges extra for delivery within a stipulated time and then doesn't deliver at all. Yes, the delivery of my flowers were NOT done. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 03:00 pm and 06:00 pm and the flowers still haven't been delivered. Their numbers are constantly busy or rather, they have disabled the incoming calls. Terrible experience. Customers, please watch out before you order with them. I had ordered a premium ferrero rocher cake from Winni, for which they delivered some very ugly looking and foul tasting, low quality third class cake, in the images and description it was mentioned "Ferrero rocher chocolate as topping but the cake which was delivered to me had some cheap looking choc like thing half cut, this filthy looking topping also cut into half, tasty like trash, had to face embarrassment in front of people due to this pathetic cake. Awfully bad in taste. If this is their premium cake god save me from their usual cakes. Never ever ordering...
