I would not encourage anyone to buy from this place. Do not get fooled by their staff! Writing this review after buying 10 boxes of 250 gms. Tried to rob 25grms from 10 boxes.

To start with they pack everything when it is not visible below the desk. I have ordered and am waiting for them to show the weight of the boxes, they never did. Instead they brought it all at once to the cash counter.

It raised my suspicion, I have asked to show me the weight of all the boxes. He wanted to show only one box but I have asked him to show all the boxes... that's when I saw him adding more sweets before weighing them. Caught them red handed but the cashier denied all the allegations.

Not sure if it is the owner's plan or staff plan to rob the money of the customer who is buying bulk from them.

If it is truly staff works...I would suggest the owner to check CCTV footage of the same on the 21st...

Stuff is fresh and choice is good. A good place to buy sweets and savouries. But remember, the weight of an empty container is not corrected for, while weighing your item. I bought 250 gm mixture.. Weight was taken with container and came to 250 gm. When I asked to show weight of empty container and compensate, he just added about 14 gm. Now I don't know whether it is a usual practice in Kanti sweets to charge the plastic container at the rate of the item. Would request them to train the sales to show weight of empty container, correct for it and charge only for the item purchased.. This is a standard practice. I ordered 3 Kg sweets namely Kaju Katli, Milk Cake and Kalakand from Zomato.

I got normal burfi in place of Kaju Katli.

I paid Rs. 920 for Kaju Katli but got different sweet (normal burfi).
