Customer Service:
The staff at Zodiac greeted us with a warm welcome. Their generosity was exceptional. The staff is courteous and attentive, and they frequently checked on our table. Special thanks to managers Pradeep and Mondal for making our stay more comfortable.
Food & Beverages:
We had Beer and Cheddar Soup from the soup section. The soup is a beer-made cheese soup with a delicious flavor. The soup contained a mixture of tiny pieces of broccoli, cucumber, and yellow bell pepper. Charred Guntur Tikka, Classic La-Za-Ji, and Pan Roasted Beef Slice with onion rings comprised the appetizers. The chicken pieces were harmoniously combined with the pepper masala, and the resulting flavor was truly delicious. The Classic La-Za-Ji is described as a Mouth Mubing Spicy Chicken with Dry Red Chili and Scallion. Pan-Roasted Beef Slices with Onion Rings were the highlight of the appetizers we ordered. The beef was succulent and well tendered. The flavor of the dish was phenomenal.
We also had Nihari Ghosht, Butter and Garlic Naan, Katsu Chicken, and Meaty Mighty Burger for the main course. The burger bun was soft and fluffy and it had a logo of zodiac embedded on the top. It was served with French Fries and a bowl of Tomato sauce. Thai Katsu Chicken consists of Pranko Crusted Mustard Chicken with Castu Curry Emulsifying.
In Desserts, we had their Tender Coconut Mousse. It is an amalgamation of Tender Coconut pulp, Plam Jaggery and Fresh Cream. We really got impressed with the way it was presented. The mousse was placed inside the raw tender coconut. Our cocktails for the day were Raspberry Cooler and Rexo. Rexo is a variant cocktail consisting of Rum, Martini Rosso, Pineapple Juice, and Egg White. The flavor of the beverage was somewhat alcoholic and robust. It is a good option for alcohol enthusiasts. . The Raspberry cooler cocktail resembled cough syrup in flavor and was delicious.

Read moreI recently visited Zodiac Bar and Kitchen for a team outing and found the experience to be a mix of highs and lows. Here’s a detailed review of my visit:
Ambience: The first thing that strikes you about Zodiac Bar and Kitchen is its inviting and stylish ambience. The decor is modern yet cozy, with soft lighting that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The seating arrangements are well thought out, providing a mix of intimate corners and larger tables for group gatherings. The walls are adorned with tasteful artwork, and the overall vibe is chic and contemporary. It's an ideal spot for both casual hangouts and more formal gatherings.
Food: However, when it comes to the food, my experience was somewhat underwhelming. The menu offers a variety of dishes, but many of them fell short of expectations. The appetizers were decent but lacked that wow factor. For the main course, the flavors were somewhat bland and did not stand out as particularly memorable. The presentation of the dishes was nice, but the taste did not quite live up to the visual appeal. It felt as though the kitchen was trying to play it safe, resulting in a lack of bold or exciting flavors.
Service: The service was friendly and attentive. The staff were quick to address our needs and were knowledgeable about the menu. They were polite and accommodating, which made the dining experience pleasant despite the food not being up to par.
Drinks: The bar offers a good selection of beverages, and the cocktails are worth mentioning. They were well-mixed and flavorful, providing a refreshing complement to the meal. The bartender clearly knows their craft, and the drink menu had some interesting and creative options.
Conclusion: Overall, Zodiac Bar and Kitchen excels in providing a great atmosphere and good service, making it a nice place to unwind and socialize. However, the food leaves room for improvement. While it’s a decent spot for drinks and light snacks, those looking for a culinary experience might find it lacking. With some tweaks to their menu and bolder flavors, Zodiac has the potential to become a top dining...
Read moreWe had a second visit for corporate event of about 20 people in a sitout buffet service, in March24. Their management coordination, supervision, sequence of servicing dishes needs a lot of improvement. Worst desserts, please don't opt for rather walk to nearby corner house and have some awesome ice cream. Lot's of mosquitos even inside the glass enclosed area. Servers need to be reminded of cutlery, water, side dishes multiple times. Starters are the best here like Siracha babycorn, beetroot cutlet, Amritsari fish tikka,Palli palayam chicken, chicken angari tikka. In main course, chicken tikka makhani, kofta curry, matar paneer, Hyderabadi biryani were decent too. We had a Friday official lunch in Nov23 for around 10 people, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. We tried their extended menu from mocktail, starters, main course, rice roti selections. Try brocolli steaks, falafel, siracha babycorn. Loved their roasted tomato and bell pepper soup. Thai chicken red curry, chicken biryani, kadhai chicken, butter chicken, chicken in hoisin sauce,Pallipalayam chicken, chicken angara, drums of heaven,Thai chilli fish.. everything tasted great..no overpowered salt or spices. Kavita from the services team was polite and prompt who took care of everything smoothly. They also offered us a complimentary Lichi mocktail. Ambience is soothing, booth indoor and outdoors available, lovely music. There is a paan shop inside, which is additional and he'll send a bill separately. That guy was a bit annoying, the restaurant staff should mention about his charges and separate bill or present together, as he was disturbing in between our business talks. However his chocolate paan and sweet paan were good too. Expensive but...
