I had subscribed to Chirag Catering and Tiffin Service during my internship at MANIT, and unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. Initially, the food quality seemed decent for the first two days, but it quickly deteriorated afterward. The meals often felt like leftover food- stale and lacking freshness. Despite this, I continued the service as I had already made the full monthly payment. One of the most frustrating parts of the experience was the lack of communication. After the payment was made, my calls were rarely answered, and now, as my internship has ended and I’ve requested a refund for the remaining days, no one is responding to my calls or messages. I believe this is not how customers should be treated - at the very least, there should be some clarity or communication. I kindly request that my refund be processed or at least someone communicate and clarify the situation. Ignoring calls from customers who have already paid is not acceptable behavior for any business. A professional and respectful response would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, I noticed that whenever someone posts a genuine negative review, it’s dismissed publicly by the business as being "fake" or "from fake accounts," which is really disheartening. Everyone has a right to share their honest experience, and businesses should take such feedback as an opportunity to improve rather than respond with denial or hostility. I truly hope the team behind Chirag Catering and Tiffin Service takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving both the food quality and their customer service. A more respectful and transparent approach towards customers would go a long way in building trust.

My experience of Chirag Kitchen was great. I had a function for the family and we enjoyed a lot. Their staff members were great and polite. The head of the Catering Service was really friendly and took care of our guests perfectly. All I want to say that Chirag Kitchen in Bhopal is absolutely great.

Worst tiffin centre... They will pick your phone only on the day of payment... And on that day they will make promises of providing all the stuff you want but when they get advance money from next day they will not pick your phone.. Their owner never pick your call if you want to complain about their employees.. Their casier will call you numerous amount of time for money like anything. And there is no fixed time of delivery sometimes they deliver dinner tiffin in evening 6:30 ...Soo my personal experience never join this tiffin centre they will take your advance money and will not provide you the services they promise on the day...
