Kapali Fast Food — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

I bought 9 plates of idlis, but they only gave me 2 small packets of chutney. When I asked for more, the person acted as if I was asking for something extra and said that even 2 packets were more than enough. The billing guy was extremely unprofessional and rude, which made my experience even worse. Honestly, it was pathetic.

I never really liked their food anyway, but since the local idli shop near my place was closed (the owner was out of town) and I had guests coming over, I had no choice but to come here. Earlier their service used to be good, but now the entire experience has become pathetic. The food has no taste, and even their pricing is no longer attractive. People used to visit for the low prices, but now the prices aren’t that low either.

But the main problem wasn’t the price—it was the way the place was being handled. The attitude and behavior of the staff, especially Niyat, was the real issue.

I won't suggest anyone to come here and waste...
