Cha Biscuit- LAUNCHPAD — Restaurant in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation

I recently visited Cha Biscuit and was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a cappuccino and a cold coffee, expecting quality beverages for the prices charged. However, my cappuccino had two flower seeds floating in it, which was off-putting. Additionally, the cold coffee was nothing like what I expected - it lacked ice, ice cream, chocolate, and sugar, which are basic ingredients for a cold coffee. It seemed like they just mixed coffee with a cold mix and served it.

When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, they simply laughed it off and didn't take any responsibility. Instead, they blamed us for the discrepancies. This lack of accountability and customer service was disappointing.

If you're only looking to sit and chill at a cafe, then Cha Biscuit might be okay. However, I would strongly advise against ordering any food or beverages from them, as my experience was far from...

Tea & Coffee place with Sandwich, Maggi, Shakes, Juice and Salad bar. Both Veg. And Non veg. Snacks, burgers and fries available. This is a small service area with minimal wooden seating amid the shadow of tress. One can enjoy a quick snack and coffee here along the roadside. The food served is tasty, appetising, flavorful and fresh always. Serves the best tea in town with salted biscuits for just 10 bucks. Youngsters come here to hang out, have an occassion smoke and eat sandwich and Maggi. Veg Maggi, Corn Maggie, corn sandwich, chicken sandwich, coffee, green tea with honey and milkshakes here are the most popular items on the menu. One should not expect much from this roadside shack but it's cool with music playing and people hanging out. It's a little shack themed place adjacent to the main road( When you take right from Acharya Vihar while you're coming from Jaydev Vihar side). The food is limited and manageable, with decent Maggi/cheese Maggi( this is the only thing that's fine to be eaten according to me ). And the coffee, the tea, they're better than all of the tea you get at the road side, much better, at twice the price i.e rs.10. Totally worth it since you get complimentary biscuits with it 😁.
