Here's a review capturing your Extremely Disappointing Experience at Hotel Srimandir
I recently visited Hotel Srimandir with a group of 8 people for dinner, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences Iāve ever had.
To start with, the food was far from impressive. While we were expecting a flavorful meal, what we got was underwhelming and bland. However, the biggest issue was the complete lack of service. Our meal was almost finished, but we were still waiting for our lachha paratha, which took an unbelievable 60+ minutes to arrive. By the time it showed up, everyone had already completed their meal, making it an awkward and frustrating situation.
The attitude of the staff only made matters worse. There was a clear lack of care or urgency in attending to customers. We got the impression that they simply didnāt care whether we enjoyed our meal or not. The staff seemed indifferent to our requests, and we were left feeling like it didnāt matter whether we stayed or left. The whole atmosphere felt very unwelcoming, and we were made to feel like we were a burden, rather than valued customers.
It was disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and basic hospitality. Hotel Srimandir certainly didnāt live up to its reputation, they are just putting the huge name like Srimandir down and down and down only. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the food quality and, most importantly, the service. But until then, I will not be returning, and I wouldnāt advise anyone else to...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never been to this place, I have only ordered online. My mom is a vegetarian but a good critic. She doesn't eat onion -garlic on most of the festivals and Mondays/Saturdays, Shankranti etc So whenever we crave some outside food on such occasions, we order something for mom from this place. It has a wide range of food starting from typical odiya food to Chinese, sweets, fast food, biryani and much more. The taste is really good, you won't even feel that onion and garlic are missing. They also have raw paneer, which is also good quality. I often order from here. The prices are super cheap, the quantity is less but worth the price. I have tried the following items from this place:
Biryani Fried rice (tastes really really good, must try) Mushroom masala Paneer masala Chilly paneer Rolls (paneer, mushroom, mixed) Sweets (rasgola, gulab jamun, kaju barfi) Raw paneer (soft and fresh) Paneer chowmin samosa (my fav, must try) Aloo chop/bonda (really tasty) Bara/vada Special...
